The shower didn’t drain well and the street was super busy. You couldn’t run the shower longer than 15 seconds without overflow. If you opened the doors on the backside of the hotel where we were, it was still very loud from the street.

The noisy busy road into Sorrento but only to be expected..

An ideal location 10 minutes walk into Sorrento. The staff were all very friendly. Titiana was very hospital and her complimentary canopies were great and attracted guests to the bar in the evening promoting entertaining conversation. . A friendly welcome from Michelei when we arrived and returned each evening. The pool was excellent.

The pool itself was cold, disappointingly not heated. Be ready to pay some silly cash tax on the way out. It is a 12-20 minute walk from any of the good activities (ports, beaches, etc.) and the good restaurants.

I visited here from 9-25-23 to 9-29-23 with my wife. We are Americans, and we are both 36. The room was large enough to not be squished, but it was just still a little smaller than I hoped for. It did have a nice balcony, but it was not private because the balcony in the room next to you could see you. The room was cleaned nicely every day for when we came back from our activities. The gym facility was excellent, absolutely enormous, and shared with another hotel. The free breakfast every morning was also excellent with many, many choices, and available as early as 630am if you needed it, but officially 7. Air conditioning and free WiFi, both of which are MUSTs for me, worked well.

The location is not great, next to the main street, very noisy (luckily the windows were well insulated). Shower booth in the bathroom had lots of limestone deposits on, needs more cleaning. The hotel garden is very small and the distance to center is considerable even if we like walking. We felt we overpaid :( but is my subjective opinion.

Overall a nice hotel, room was spacious and comfortable. The personnel in reception and restaurant always smiling and very nice. Breakfast was average.

The room was lovely but very small for two, luckily it had a balcony so we had a tiny bit of breathing room. But it was reasonably priced so it’s fair enough.

Very clean, very comfortable, very convenient …but above all the staff are super. It’s raining? Take my umbrella. No way to get to Sorrento after horribly delayed flight? We’ll arrange a last-minute transfer. The staff were so nice and so laid-back but saw to everything quickly and efficiently. I would stay there again!

The hotel could do with some renovation work. It felt a bit old. Very noisy street just outside. Not a nice view from the balcony.

The pool area was great. Plenty of seats to choose from. Breakfast was good. Not too far from Sorrento city centre.

Coming home again after a lovely week.

“Nonno” Toni was incredibly kind and helpful as were the rest of the staff. When my glasses broke on the first day they patched them up and also the staff were always on hand if there were any issues. Very clean with a lovely breakfast and a 10 min walk to the town centre. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Hotel overall, staff so friendly , facilities great , cleanliness 1st class. Breakfast was lovely every morning , choice of both hot and cold plates. Pool and terrace were perfect , not to big and noisy , just nice and relaxing, pool bar as great , snacks coffee's , beer all available. Super service.
