The family apartment was large and well stocked. We were able to cook meals easily. The hotel was clean, modern, had adequate parking, and was in a great location with beautiful views and a short walk to the center. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were a nice luxury after skiing.

This family-run affair is exceptionally well done and the staff are simply wonderful. We loved the rooms and the pool and sauna, and the breakfast in the morning was awesome.

I would give this place 6 star if I could. Everything is just perfect from the facilities, to the decoration, the comfort, the convenience, the service. They even prepare cookies & hot tea with a nice sitting area in the reception which you could enjoy throughout the day. The detail of service is just wonderful.

The only thing that we could have used was a set of pot holders to take hot things out of the oven. We cooked many of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen.

Loved having an apartment with a view of the city and the mountain beyond. The grounds were lovely. Our small apartment had its own patio space with table & chair, loveseat, etc. Laundry on-site too : )

Really amazing place to stay - spacious room and had everything we need to cook meals there, lovely views of ortisei, amazing pool and sauna! Great location for walking into town and to the lifts (but does require going up a steep hill!) We loved everything and would highly recommend!

We understand that the warm climate is something out of the ordinary here but we could definitely use an AC.

The VIEW is amazing! The property is spotless, beautiful and new! Wonderful swimming pool Fantastic hosts! Close enough to town but far enough for peace. I highly recommend to anyone traveling with family.

Breakfast option vs the value is not good choice

The view of the hotel to the city is amazing one of the best views , owenr sun was so friendly , Parking is free , they have Lundry service and everything that make your stay amazing

The property is close to the centre but the street is very steep, which makes it a hassle to climb especially if you carry skis and are tired after a skiing day. Nevertheless, it's worth the effort. The possibility of serving breakfast at the restaurant would be nice to have - but we didn't mind since we had the fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment was absolutely stunning. We had a breathtaking view of the mountain and the city from every room, through the very generous windows - from each bedroom and the living room as well. The apartment is perfect for a big family or two couples. The living and dining area is good to serve breakfast or dinner and to hang out. The property is very close to the city centre. They have a small but very beautiful pool - indoor and heated outdoor. The design of the entire place is beautiful. Loved it!

We had a lovely stay at the Gran Tubla. The staff was exceptional! They were alway so friendly and helpful with whatever was needed from reservations to calingl a cab when needed. They even gave us first aid supplies when our son hurt himself on the mountain. The apartment was well equipped with a beautiful view. Everything was extremely clean. We would definitely stay again. I liked everything about the hotel without exception. It is located near the center, with complete silence, no noise from passing cars, stunning views from the window, a warm cozy room, a bio-fireplace, a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, even olive oil is available. Cleaning every other day, everything is clean and tidy. You can order any breakfast to the room. In the lobby there is a samovar with boiling water, any tea and cake in the afternoon. It should also be noted warm pool. Some of it is outside, it's a bleach treat!
