    This is not a 5 star hotel, may be 3.5. Very noisy hotel Very noisy when sitting on balcony. Very loud music during the day at the beach. Very loud music in the evening outside. Never stopped at 23.00 hours, always 24.00 hours or later. Wifi did not work in the room.

    Friendly Staff, especially the head-waiter. Nice location Private beach Good restaurants in the neighborhood. Only Italians in the hotel

    -5 star hotel,suppose to be a 2 star hotel -breakfast catastrophic, and closing at 09.30 - garage, seems to be "a day after" - room,furniture and equipment - Illumination of the balcony AT sleeping time

    Would like breakfast to go on a little later than 9.30 as nice to have a decent lie in on holiday. Changing money for Pearl beads for buying drinks seemed a bit odd. No beach towels are provided which was a shame as we didn't pack any and you are not allowed to use room towels. Decor could do with modernisation in places.

    Very friendly and polite staff. Needed items ironing for a wedding and they did for us with no extra cost. Good information and help with taxi transfers. Pool and beach very good and not too busy even in high season. Very warm! Predominantly Italian holiday makers which was nice and more authentic.

    This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are old fashioned and our toilet was actually partly inside the shower! The lighting in the rooms is poor and there were bulbs missing in the lamps which meant it was extremely dark when we returned to our room on the first night! The electricity in the room is only on when you insert your room card meaning that the fridge is pointless as the drinks are never cold and you can only charge electronic devices when actually in your room. The paving and decking around the pool area is in disrepair and quite dangerous in places. The hotel bar is only open for limited hours and closes at 10pm. Also you cannot pay cash for drinks as they operate a 'bead' policy.

    The staff were excellent...always willing to assist with any queries and to provide information about restaurants and local area etc.

    It was too remote. The food was very poor. Internet very poor.

    The staff where extremely helpful. Good value if a family on a budget.

    - The staff was unhelpfull, with no knowledge about anything and somtimes rude - this is a 2 star hotel. I might have been a 5 star in the eighties - old and not maintained hotel - no atmosphere, no service at all - nowhere one window cleaned - extra bed in the room when we arrived, but was not reserved. Had to ask 3 times to get it out. Did it myself finally - they switched of the breakfast lights while we were sitting at the breakfast table. - no barservice outside (inside??) - minibar : warm - rooms : old - bathroom : the small tiles are lose,no kleenex in the box - no towels for the swimming pool - swimming pool is old, cold, fountains not working - no information about the beachbeds, the breakfast time, - no wifi - HORRIBLE !

    Nothing except for the sea and the beach in front of us and an easy way to get out of there !
