You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

DenmarkBreakfast does not open before 07.30 on Monday to Friday which is quite late if a business trip. 07.00 will be better. We were between 10 and 20 guests waiting every morning for the entire 5 mornings I was there. Room number 101 is were noisy. The reception is right next to the room, noisy at night(22.30 isch) when the reception closes and in the morning when the reception opens and cleaning starts(06.30isch).

GermanyMattress had seen better days, you could feel every spring in the bed. Room had no outlets near the bed and only three in total. Breakfast was underwhelming.
Room was very large and clean, especially the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was ample and directly in front. Location is very quiet.

QatarOur room smiled like urine. There is only 1 space for plug (opposite the bed). The bed is not comfortable and the pillows are annoyingly flat. We booked 3 rooms and only 1 room was ok, the second one was leaking water. There is no kettle, no water for drinking or anything that you would except when you book a 4-star hotel & pay €540 per room for 3 nights. Definitely a nightmare & we were all stressed during our stay. Plus, a lunch course for 1 person costed $120??? It was not even that good!

ItalyThe staff was totally absent. The Hotel Restaurant was a disaster. The bathroom incredibly dangerous as the shower water went everywhere in the bathroom and was extremely slippery. A Surprise at Checkout when they added 20 Euro a night for my perfectly educated and show ready dog without previous knowledge
lovely fenced area around the grounds to Exercise my Show Golden that was there for a four day show in the area. Breakfast was excellent

ItalyVery poor toiletries, incredibly noisy the a/c in the room, impossible to sleep well due to the stroboscopic light of the fire alarm in the room, straight above the bed. Very uncomfortable the shower, without any shelf for the soap or the sponge. Very poor the quality of the breakfast (yogurt and jams from the discount supermarket!), despite the nice setting.
Very nice the quality of the spa water and the design of the main pool. Very big bedroom and closets. With few exceptions, helpful and kind staff and crew.
