Pretty minor, we found an opened water bottle in the mini-fridge, asked for it to be removed, but it never was. Nothing we couldn’t do ourselves, but it was a minor disturbance in what was a great stay overall.

Everything was really nice. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. The bed was large and the mattress good. The bathroom was spacious and included all required amenities. The hotel’s staff was very helpful and kind. Big extra the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after the check-in. Also tried the breakfast, and we can attest it had a great variety of tasty products. Would totally recommend it!

No milk offered with tea and coffee facilities, to order a taxi to the airport for you they add on an extra €30 for no reason at all. I’ve always found hotels so good at calling services for us around the world to help to get a trip but not here.

The only negative is the fact that the ventilation in the bathroom (but also probably in the entire room) was either non existent or not working. We had to open the room window to get all the humidity out. This definitely needs fixing

We loved our stay. The staff was friendly, kind and so helpful. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent. The buffet breakfast is fresh, tasty and had wide variety. The Spa section is clean and cozy. The gym is simple but good enough for a brief workout. The whole hotel have an elegant and lovely atmosphere. We liked it so much. The Loddi metro station is just 5 minutes walk from the entrance of the hotel.

We were at the first floor and it was very loud from the street, it disturped our sleep. I don't know if they have rooms away from the streets.

The spa was slightly underwhelming, the hot tub was small, one of the saunas didnt work Also the beds are very soft and they don’t quite help with sleeping well.

Overall hygene in the hotel is at a level. Only negative is that room was not cleaned one day , without any explanation.

Location od the hotel is excelent with many good restaurants nearby as well a metro station. Breakfast was very good.Rooms are cosy and bed is comfortable. Staff is very kind and welcoming.

Read the reviews about bedbugs an hour before we arrived and reception staff told us that all complaints had been resolved. Although came home to find I’d been bitten by bed bugs.
