Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.

Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

눉- Interior is a little dated but not a big problem

눉- Need taxi to get to business district but on the other hand you are close to the beach
눇- Nice big gym with lots of equipment (the only hotel with a gym in Trieste) - Sea view at breakfast - Beach/promenade nearby - Much better than staying in city centre - Will definitely be coming back - Kind helpful staff - Nice wide firm beds - Taxi ride to city centre is about 7 mins so not too bad.

눇- Really nice fully-equipped gym with punching bags (if you like fitness or martial arts as a hobby, this hotel is ideal)! - Nice breakfast with sea view.

눉It is simply not a 5 stars hotel as shown. Maybe it was somewhere in the past. The twin bed is actually very uncomfortable being two single beds put together !room quite noisy.
눇Te location is fine quite close to the center of town. The ratio price/quality is good.

눉There is no balcony in the room and it seems that they have had a flood there. On the wall and the floor can you see water damage. Breakfast was really poor and besides tasty cakes there was nothing that you could eat. I would say 3 or 4 stars, for sure not 5.

눉There is no pool although stated in the description and the printout of booking. The restaurant is not always open and no info is provided beforehand: I had to ask everytime and adjust my plans accordingly at the last minute.
눇Room very comfortable and spacious. Good noise blocking windows. Good food at the restaurant when open, for a fair price.

눇Expert staff at the reception desk. Giacomo from the Terrace restaurant provided excellent service and was very charming. Great off-street parking. Great location between Castello Miramare and the down town area.

눉Outdated and definitely not 5 stars. Next night we stayed in Bologne in 4 stars hotel which was sugnificantly better. Poor breakfast choice, eggs cold, some of the fruits were off already. For 3 starts and half the price I could reccommend it but was very disappointed as it was a special occasion and I needed 5* quality...
눇Clean and offers parking facilities free of charge. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

눉Staff was surly - Didn't seem to care if we were there or not (and we were almost the only people there), Pool was free BUT only if you had a swimming hat and it was not being used for local classes. Needless to say we did not get to use the pool. We stayed at 6 different hotels and this was the most expensive and least courteous.
눇Nice location near the harbor but far from downtown by walking. However, bus stop outside the hotel goes downtown. Big rooms and comfortable. Great breakfast - quite enough to eat and with nice variety

눉Practically unavailable WiFi, weak signal only at the Reception level. No suitable electric sockets, not even for connecting a conventional laptop charger. Rather slender supply for buffet breakfast, no vegetables (no tomatoes, cucumber, not even some olives) at all
눇Reasonable location, extremely comfortable beds, bath-tub in the bathroom (rarity in Italy), good parking facility, nice overlook on the see from the top floor dining room
