You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NorwayBreakfast was very simple. The stream from the shower head was too powerful for my taste, but I guess that could be positive for some guests.
The room was really nice. Nicely air conditioned. Beautiful pool area with a breathtaking view of surrounding vineyards. Romantic place with accommodating and friendly staff.

AustraliaWe had two rooms, One of the rooms was exceptionally small, with no where to put the luggage (and walk around the bed). The bigger room had no shower. The hot water took 5 minutes to heat up. The place seemed under staffed. Being remote, we ate dinner at the property, the food was not good but expensive for what it was. There was one small water bottle for 2 people in the room for two people and nothing else, not even a glass. The showers by the pool had a polished marble step that everyone slipped on.
The pool was big.

DenmarkHotel seemed under-staffed, perhaps due to Covid-19 (stay was in August 2021) leading to shortages of staff. Waiters (restaurant and bar) were very kind, but totally overwhelmed and not too well trained. This led to the quality/price ratio being a bit on the low side with e.g. slow bar service and limited options. Hotel restaurant was closed on mondays, something that we would have liked to know before booking our stay!
Very kind staff, great pool and great food in the restaurant.
