It would be helpful for the hotels in Italy to share when the AC is not on. During our stay, the AC had not been switched on yet and it was in the 70s. We were told that the AC would be turned on April 10. There are other hotels in Milan that had AC during this time. For the breakfast, I just wished that they had fresh fruit instead of canned fruit.

Property was clean and the customer service was excellent. The room was a bit small for two people; however, we made it work. During our stay, our room got hot, The staff was nice enough to bring us a fan. The continental breakfast in the morning was good.

The hotel is perfectly located. 5-15 minutes to all Milan attractions. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Exceptionally rich and tasty breakfast. Very quite and comfortable room with cozy balcony and amazing park view. Highly recommended!

-The receptionist Ilaria was super nice. She even showed us the different room options, so we could check the rooms out before we booked the upgrade. Furthermore she helped us to pay the tax for the car. We did not know that every car has to pay a tax for driving in the center of Milano. -The location of the Hotel is very good 10-15 min walk from the Duomo. Next to a park and the Fashion district. 10 min walk from Brera (district with a lot of restaurants and bars)

This is my favourite hotel to stay in for my work trips, I won't consider any others! The breakfast is very nice, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and the location is ideal.

Insulation in rooms is awful. You can heart everything from room next to yours. Moreover, there was very strange sound of an engine (maybe ventilation I assume), which woke me up at 5 am

The shower didn’t drain well (Turkish Bath). We asked to take care of it, but it wasn’t fixed also for the following day, which is too bad.

Spacious room and shower. Modern and clean. Comfy bed. Good location, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We didn’t take breakfast- there are some great places nearby.

We absolutely loved everything about this property. All the front desk staff we encountered were helpful, we even got a free room upgrade. My daughter forgot her phone at the lobby and the hotel staff kept it safe till we returned at night when it was found. The breakfast was amazing and it was lovely to have a free glass of bubbly alongside breakfast. The proximity to the city centre and metro stations was also another advantage of staying here. I highly recommend property and will be visiting again.

I asked for a quiet room upon arrival, had forgotten to write earlier. The man in the reception was very sweet and tried to fix this for me. Unfortunately I was given a room opposite the door to the gym, which meant one step and I was inside the gym which probably would not have been quiet as people go to the gym early in the morning. I was then changed to another room by the lady at the front desk who was telling me that the first floor is not bad just because it's the first floor but my room was incredibly noisy during the night with traffic and deliveries to the hotel.. The price value was not great for me.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. The room was perfect, good size etc and the bathroom was enormous with warm towels and everything I needed. Good location for us too, close to the park which made it great for our dog!
