I requested a room with a matrimonial bed and a room with 2 single beds. Request granted by mail. Upon arrival, the room wifh the 2 single beds was nor available, although the hotel was half empty ...

Our price of the rooms for 50% more than last time, and the receptionist to me to call direct next time. I do not understand why the Hotel does not have a restaurant for Lunch & Dinner.

Breakfast could be ok, but the staff was not able to organize-it for a big number of peoples. So, for full capacity, breakfast facility is not ok. Room had the carpet very dirty.

We chose the hotel due to its location on the way from the Dolomites to the airport, according to the price and the pictures we expected too much I guess as we were a bit disappointed... although we had a jacuzzi in the room which was the highlight of our stay there, the place felt like a motel, very busy, noisy and stuffy. In spite of the mentioned, the desk staff were really nice and friendly and we appreciated their smiles and courtesy

restaurant was not open during our stay. Not recommended if you go without car taxi service limited and first part of the walk is dangerous with kids and luggages. its far from the centre.

The location is only two minutes drive from Leolandia with a spacious parking space. The room was a good size and has been cleaned every day. Delicious breakfast with a good variety including lactose free options. Excellent WiFi connection.

we were greeted kindly despite the time (late midnight) and after booking at the last minute. The person at the reception made sure to accommodate the request for the double bed by giving us an upgrade. The room was large and clean. parking is secure in the underground garage and very convenient. Coffee and a buffet breakfast was essential but appreciated. The hotel is really close to the highway (just exit the toll booth immediately on the left and you will arrive in less than 1 minute) is perfect.

No way to reach the hotel without a car. No pedestrian area in this location and not possible to cross streets/highway. Tried to reach Leolandia, should go through abounded places around. breakfast is served by a waiter in a way: you ask, he gives. It is not allowed to go ant take; argument about Covid safety however it looks like it is more about costs cutting. when people should ask, they eat less😊

The bathroom and the shower could improve and sometimes there was no hot water. The AC was very hot in the first day and we had to sleep with open windows we called a few times but we gave up at the end. The second day they fixed it. This not an issue if the weather was not extremely hot.

-The location is very close to Leolandia Also the staff are very helpful and doing their best. -The garage is underground and its safe. -the themed suites is very unique design. The hotel has high potential to be more attractive for the guests for example they could add swimming pool as they have a lot of space around the building or some kind of spa would raise the rate eventually.

The Guglielmotel does not provide Airport transfer.

The Guglielmotel was a perfect staying for us in terms of it's location (for purpose of being on track - Bikepark). The whole place was clean, we had everything we needed. They allowed us earlier check-in, and we were able to stay in hotel's lobby after check-out while waiting for our flight. It is accessible from highway. The closest supermarket and some fast food restaurants are about 20 minutes walking distance. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't provide airport transfer, however we received at least the taxi contact.
