Mostly wonderful! The bed linen could be improved at it was an uncovered duvet inner sandwiched between 2 flat sheets. It would be good for a hotel of this calibre to provide free water in the rooms. Otherwise a lovely stay

Opening hours of pool. Paying for water in the room. No robes. Breakfast basic. Got a bit sick of walking down and up the hill. Coffee making was terrible.

Everything as expected for the price / brand. Indoor pool was impressive but only open 11 til 6 so hard to use if you re sightseeing. Drinks in the lounge was nice with good service. Gym was disappointing

Guests had to still pay for the facilities like the paddle ball court (40 euros an hour) and the wi-fi, even though we had paid a lot of money to stay in the hotel.

TV was broken in Room. A Dark shadow on it. I reported it but nothing was done to fix the issue. No shuttle or courtesy car available to bring you to station or bus stops. Had to ask for safe key and wifi password. It should be just in a welcome pack.

We had to move rooms initially as our first room (room 36) was so noisy next to main generators to supply air con units. Our room was vibrating at one point! We got moved to a room further down the corridor which we were happy with after moving us to a temporary room for our first night! Did not like the shower over the bath. Very dated and bits kept falling off! Didn’t really like the food at Sorrento 1 restaurant although the views and atmosphere were lovely. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked and we enjoyed the variety of food there. Nice selection for kids. Coffee not good though.

Very family friendly and our son loved the pool and kids club. Thank you, Monica! We loved the bbq restaurant and had amazing service there. The Japanese restaurant was also great but very expensive. Views are incredible over the bay. Staff are very nice and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious in the renovated sections of the hotel. Location is excellent - just a 5-10 minute stroll down the hill into Sorrento where there a lots of lovely restaurants.

The food and facilities were very good. Staff were very helpful. My only criticism is that the air conditioning in our room did not work well and the attempt to fix it was unsuccessful.

Would have requested a room with a view. Rooms in the back hotel are facing a road and mechanics of the back of the hotel such as air conditioning units and unattractive things - not the best view for Italy

Good location, with s straight forward walk into Sorrento. Spacious Hotel with good facilities. Though fully booked actually didn’t feel like it. Breakfast was excellent. Pool very good. Able to arrange Excursions to both the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii / Vesuvius.

Concierge was not helpful coordinating transfer to ferry. We were told to come down at check out and wait for taxi. We were a large group so would have appreciated a reservation for the transfer to be handled as we have experienced at other hotels. Additionally, there are no hotel transfers into town which is not a short walk. We were able to walk into town. However, others may not be able to do so for various reasons. They also advertise yoga. When we inquired, we were told there was no yoga. Odd since the advertising is in the lobby and rooms.

It was exactly as described. Room was lovely, however, had been confirmed and paid for a “sea view” and ended up with mostly view of the “hill” (which was another booking option). Did not appreciate that. Pool area was exceptional. Breakfast (and service) was outstanding.

The breakfast was average, the coffee was available from a machine that produced the worst coffee ever tasted. The restaurant menu was limited and acceptable but nothing special.

The location, the views, the room was spacious and comfortable, the service was excellent.
