Room was a bit compact and lacked storage space. Dressers or similar would be convenient to store our belongings.

Great location and staff! So close to Piazza San Marco, water bus landings, restaurants & more. Great service: arrival drink, daily sweets. The roof terrace is a magnificent spot to relax, especially at sunset.

The sink is leaking, but that will be easy to fix. The served breakfast variation is very “special” but the breakfast lady’s are friendly and handle that curious seating that is caused by Venice smallest spacing circumstances. What was really painful was the terrible tourist noise , but hey we stayed at a hotspot, a noise that could be fixed was the inside noise: neighbors room walls should be isolated, the air hole drills over the room doors may prevent fungus but the noise outside the hotel room doors was passing right away through half the night. Still, the staff and the location are top.

Top located. You can not stay any closer to San Marco. Awesome beautiful shops, and Pizza Martini just around the corner. Two minutes walk to the main ferry boat lines. Will love to stay there again, very friendly staff, minibar wifi and cable tv, heating in bathroom good to get your soaking clothes dry. Amazing look from the rooftop.

Our room was a bit noisy if the windows were open.

The hotel was only minutes from the Airport water bus and in a fantastic location near St Marks Square. The hotel staff could not have been better, giving us invaluable advice on where to go and where to eat. Room was as in pictures, very pretty with a lovely bathroom. Overall a great stay.

Amazing location so close to everything, only a short distance from St. Marcs Square. The room was small but was clean and very comfortable. The view from the rooftop terrace was great, and we even had a view of the cannal from our room. The best part of the stay had to have been the lovely staff, we received such incredible suggestions of things to do and places to see and they really made our stay very special.

Ideally located a short steps away from San Marco Square, the hotel is simple but clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. The staff is absolutely exceptional, from the very warm welcome upon check-in and help during the stay. A very human touch

It was my 60th birthday and they made the stay with them really special. Our room was upgraded to have a balcony, and the staff were so helpful with information about Venice. Even suggesting a wonderful walking route to see the best of Venice. The pastries for breakfast were full of flavour. The breakfast staff were also very helpful, giving us a takeout breakfast when we had an early train to catch. All in all it was a fabulous stay made even better by our Hotel and staff.

The noise from other guests is quite noticeable. The shower temperature was temperamental!

The hotel is perfectly located for transfers, sight seeing and local transport. The advice from reception about things to see was far better than anything we read in a tourist guide. They’re advice made our trip truly unforgettable (and exhausting - lots of walking!!)

The room was a little hot but they switched the air conditioning off for our room so that was great.

The staff really want you to have a wonderful time at Venice, they recommend great places to visit & eat , where the locals go too. The room was comfortable and the added extras of welcome drink, foot cream etc made it really special.

Not much to say here. Breakfast space small but they called me in the room soon as they had a table available!

The staff went out of their way every day to make me feel at home. They were extremely helpful when I needed information taking the time to show me on the map the various options. Just kind gestures like dropping off biscuits or fruit in the room everyday not to mention the "chocolate man" who went around in the evening distributing chocolates! What a wonderful stay.

Could not find a fault

The room was beautifully great bathroom cleaning staff brilliant and friendly reception staff could not do enough for us. Lovely breakfast. I was very well looked after with Celiac options definitely would recommend this hotel one minute from St Marks Square. 😀 would stay there again

Cozy little place with charming rooms right in the center of Venice (1 min from Piazza San Marcos). Great staff keen to help us discover the city (even when we were just from a very short stay). Simple breakfast but with wonderful delights.

All the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Comfortable room, nice roof terrace for a drink. Good breakfast, and about a minutes walk from St Marks. All round excellent.

Simple yet cosy rooms, very nice bathroom. Perfect location very close to San Marco place, surrounded by all the chic boutiques, also very close to vaporetto station 1 and 2.
