Well located, clean and nice staff

The only complaint we have is that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so at the beginning of the night we were disturbed by the neighbors talking and the noise of the water from the sinks when they were opened.

The room and the bathroom were clean and more spacious than we expected. The staff was very kind, before we arrived they send us a detailed message about how to reach the hotel avoiding the ZTL zone. The hotel is located on a side street in the centre of Bologna, so it's not noisy and is also easy to reach the main attractions of the city just by walking.

You won't get bath math Also for face you will get kind of kitchen towel not proper face size towel Bidet was bones We had back room that's why was less noisy Main road side should be noisy Always motorbikes and people taking till late night Ask room from the back side to ignore all those I payed €85 euro for night thanks too Booking When they understand you are in the area they keep changing the prices and offering you more pricey one In Florence I sound my room with out booking was much better one and much better price If you don't like the price with booking don't get stress arrive the place and pop in to hotels to get better price It work for me many times

The attitude of the gentlemen at the reception. He was very rude to customers, more than once I witnessed him raising his voice to them. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. The hotel room is noisy, we waked up severeal times due to some electric engine noise in the background, and in the morning by slamming doors and domestic noises by the cleaning staff. Room sound proofing is absent. Do not book this hotel for resting holiday. Beds unconfortable. Do not book if you have back problems.

Excellent location very close to all the famous places in Bologna. Good breakfast. Free cofee in the loby all day long. Good room price for the area, but overpriced for waht it offers in return. Amenities as described. Heating functional. Asked for extra pillows late in the evening and received them next day during cleaning - the lady at the reception very helpfull.

I have the check in at 14:00 a clock, meanwhile the reception says you should come on 15:00 for the check in.

Bathroom did not seem that clean. It was very dark in the room. There was a distinct mould smell in the room.

The location was very good, walking distance to the city center, and the train station. The linen was clean. The room was fairly big, and although I booked a single room, I received a room with 2 beds. It was very quiet at night. The decor of the room was pleasant.

Actually we are glad that have decided to leave a car at the train st parking. The streets are busy and no traffic zone.

Ideal location between the train station and center of the city. Basic but sufficient for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. Plenty good restaurants on the street but need to be reserved.

Generally rooms are a bit run down similarly to the whole structure.

They would put a simple hotel slippers. A bit of moisture smell in bathroom.

Passed only one night in the city for Euroleague basketball away game, that's why a center located hotel was a good option to spend time around and easy to make train plan where it takes almost 15minutes by walking. Leaving the luggage in the lobby before check in or after check out times was alright The staff were nice and easy to communicate. The bathroom with a bidet seemed clean, enough towels. Even the hotel entrance door is not on a main street, there was a big supermarket at same district and a very nice popular breakfast cafe. Arriving hotel directly by taxi as 4 guys for total 22 euros was more economic choice than spending 11 euro per each one on Marconi Express to Central Station.

- - the view from the room windows into the hotel walls - complicated breakfast (every day we had to fill a breakfast paper and returned it to the reception only in the afternoon) - very overpriced for the end of September + very high city tax
