Decoration of the room, cleanliness of the wc, we reserved double bed and get 2 single beds, breakfast is just ok, not great. No elevator to the first floor with narrow stairs. Someone were vacum cleaning one Night at 23:30 and speaking loud with someone in the room 15, we were on the 14.

The room was not equipped with mini-bar or mini-fridge. But it was ok if I didn’t use it.

Good hospitality of the owner and employees of the hotel. They were nice and friendly to me. The owner gave me the information such as good restaurants and shops for local foods I had a good suggestion from him. Free parking and easy access to the centre of Siena, where the access by car is restricted.

The room was a bit small but as I said we only spent one night so it absolutely didn't matter. We had a nice view of the center from our bedroom window.

Initially I had booked our stay here for two nights, but our plans changed along the way, and we only stayed one night. Unfortunately, we had to leave early in the morning, so we didn't even get to enjoy the lovely breakfast and it did look great. The hotel is in a good location just outside the city wall. I chose this hotel for the carpark, the proximity to the historical center and the swimming pool. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and booked a taxi for us the morning we had to rush off to the train station. I highly recommend.

Some guests were left with little or no choice for breakfast because when the buffet spread was gone (after about the first hour) it was gone! If you like a lie in then be prepared for coffee and little else beyond a boiled egg!

Amazing view from the window. Great swimming pool. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Short walk to old city gate and nice distance from the main square. Easy to get a bus up the hill, then walk back down.

Fantastic property. Location excellent. The two owners great very relaxed. Lovely feel about the place better than going to a hotel chain. Views superb. Pool lovely and so was breakfast and lunch.

I asked for Pool towels and they brought me two. At the end of my stay they charged to rent pool towels. Never mentioned that when they brought them to me.

Location is awesome, 15m walk to Ik Campo! The pool is a gift on/after a hot day. We found the option to get some food and drinks at the pool very nice and convenient. The coffee (!) and breakfast is in buffet, Italian, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, yogurt, etc. Staff are sweet and smiley. The room is spacious, proper airco, had a lovely view of the city. Would book this hotel in a heartbeat when visiting Siena. Especially during Palio, because of the parking.

This is a simple hotel with little features you don't expect - gym, pool - nothing to complain about....

The location of this hotel was excellent for visiting Siena. The swimming pool was an added bonus - we didn't have time to use it. The view from the breakfast room was exceptional. The pressure of the shower was so nice. Beds were comfy. Lady at reception was lovely.

It is very basic, small room I thought it was very expensive for what it was.

The breakfast was fabulous. Hotel very basic and quite dated for the cost but the staff were amazing and even gave us a bottle of wine for my birthday.

These are minor dislikes, the curtains could be thicker given the long sunlight hours in summer and longer pool opening hours would be amazing but not sure if there are restrictions in Italy. Some evenings you come back to the hotel and you just want to cool down but the pool is locked.

Went to Siena to watch the Palio, this hotel was a great option. It’s just outside the walled city with amazing views and a pool!!!! The breakfast was good, bus stop a 100m from the hotel and everything you need close by. I would recommend this hotel, especially with a pool to cool off after walking around all day.
