The cleaning team were super efficient - too efficient at times! There was no sign to say 'do not disturb' which meant they would come in to clean even if you were still in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Porto Azzuro, the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast had a huge selection and we were able to help ourselves. As Vegetarians there were plenty of options for us too. The location is fantastic - with the old town (30 min walk) and new town (5 min walk) accessible with lots of nice restaurants and cafe's to visit. The pool was great, although unheated so cold in April! The bar was open with a friendly barman always willing to rustle up aperitifs! Would definitely stay again!

There was dirt or discolouration in the pool. Showers are really small.

Fairly close to historic center, you can rent the bikes for free until 10pm. The swimming pool was open and eventhough it was cold it was very refreshing during warm weather. Good breakfast with a lot of variety.

The room was a bit sparse. Unique to say the least, but it held my family of 5 and it was only one night.

The staff was great. They had bicycles to use for free, which. my family enjoyed. Large breakfast with wide variety to choose from.

Convenient location away from the crowds, parking spaces in front of the hotel or in the garage, good variety of food for breakfast, lovely and helpful staff, good value drinks and snacks at the bar, comfortable beds.

Great location, loved the free bikes, parking and staff. Had brilliant gluten free breakfast (coeliac). We came to visit the south Garda karting race series and the OTK factory, we managed to visit all near by towns and villages and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Would prefer a firmer mattress as given one was bouncy and as I like to change sleeping positions my wife was annoyed 🤣 P.S. get rid of TVs as they are hardly working and lagging a lot.

The location and staff was amazing! Huge selection of breakfast options (Italian cuisine). As it was winter time we had no issues with parking on site (only used outside spots). We had used Bar services several times and were pleased with the good service from the bartender! The interior is not new and I would think that they should start planning an upgrade soon. But it's not bad just don't expect new fresh furniture and so on.

The room was big enough and clean .the beds were very comfortable. The bedroom has also balcony . Breakfast fast was nice and The value was reasonable.

Everything was perfect, the service, the communication, the environment. All our requests (e.g. for a bike to take away for a few hours) were met with a smile and "yes" :) We truly appreciated that. The breakfast is simply out of this world, the best we have experience in a few decades of travelling.

No flexibility on checking in time. No option to see if room may have been ready early. We were undercharged due to their staff error and I was a little hounded with calls and messages via various means the following day. I did pay but it wasn’t ideal when I was trying to enjoy the rest of my holiday.

Shower was very tiny, would be good if that was bigger. Would have been nice to have blankets in the room as it was cold weather when we stayed.
