Location is ok, but a bit complicated to park the car. Valeria found us a garage nearby for a great cost.

The room didn't have a mirror or any kettle or tea/coffee facilities (although staff were very happy to make it for us on request) and the breakfast was very limited.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a good stay. Great location too.

Great location within walking distance of the main train station. There was a full bath tub in the room. Very quite piazza. Weekday breakfast is offered at cafe nearby. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We had a room for three -- parents plus one teen kid.

Room was not soundproof. I can clearly hear next door guest snoring. It had many stairs make it difficult to Cary your heavy bag.

15 minute walking distance to station. Walkable to all attractions. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean and daily cleaning provided. Nice breakfast.

Was not pleased with the soo called upgrade from deluxe double room to a double room .

On arrival was abit disapointed as the receptionist told us she would give us an upgrade to what we booked for no valid explanation . but to us the room was smaller. And was suppose to have street view but had no view at all 😔. The receptionist on the positive side was very helpful telling us where to go around in florence and also advised us to a great restaurant.for the eve. Room was clean and was only for 1 night so we just told her we were not happy with the "upgrade" and stayed. Breakfast was great too at a nearby cafeteria.

Some parts need to repaired. The door of WC was making noise. The tovel hangers were broken. The breakfast facility was limited on weekdays. The breakfast saloon just next to the hotel only provided us Coffee and crosant. They requested additional payment for sandwiches.

I am being picky and not a deal breaker. But the look on your door was a large physical key, tough to fit in your pocket, easy if you were carrying a bag.

The staff was very friendly, and tried their best to answer questions and suggest activities. Eduina at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I was there for a short time so I mostly went to sleep only, but don't expect great views from the windows.

It would have been good to have some coffee and tea making facilities in the room, especially as there is no staff available after 8pm. There is no bar or sitting room area for guests.

Nothing that I didn't like, but should mention that breakfast is a bit simple. That's normal because it's a small place and they don't have a proper kitchen to prepare lots of things. It was no problem for me.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Great location by the river, away from the tourist crowds but still in walking distance to the historic center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Valeria, who is managing the hotel, went out of her way to help me out with a medical need. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Nearby you have lots of restaurants and bars as well. I'd be happy to stay there again.
