The room was a bit noisy. You can hear the people in nearby rooms. Use of earplugs might be handy. De parkings are not that cheap. Mostly 25 euro's/day and you have to give your key to the guards of the parking garage.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect. Breakfast was great, lots of things to choose. Trattoria da Marino is a great place to eat local food and very close to the hotel.

Such a beatiful gem this hotel. Nice owner welcoming upon arrival with free breakfast due to our early arrival, very appriciated. Perfect location by the boardwalk with a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Everthing within walking distance. Nice size rooms with comfy bed. Supernice staff. Breakfast italian standard with lots of sweet things but also youghurt, serials,, bread, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, fruits and italien specialities. Next vist we will stay here again for sure.

No fault of the hotel, but the city is very noisy at night (at least on street level) - cars, people, etc. More of a factor of the city, but if you want it quiet, you should bring your own ear plugs. We didn't have any issues but just an FYI.

Comfortable and it was great to be able to have a fold down twin bed for our daughter. Breakfast was nice and the staff was very accomodating (we got in a little bit before check-in but our room was ready so they allowed us to drop our bags etc so we could grab lunch in the area without having to lug around our backpacks). Bathroom was very typical of an italian hotel (raised tank on the toilet, bidet, and small shower).

We booked two rooms and the shower in one of the rooms was tiny. It worked fine for us, but if you prefer a larger shower, request it at booking. In our room, shampoo and body wash were available, but not conditioner. It's an older building so it's not as soundproof as a more modern hotel would be. It's on a side street so I didn't notice any significant traffic noise, but you can hear people in the halls and any rowdyness going on outside. If you are extremely sensitive to noise, bring noise cancelling earplugs, just in case.

Nice waterfront location. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable, There are some nice dining options in the neighborhood. We found a nice dining location on the water next to the Royal Continental Hotel. The gelato shop next door to the hotel is also good.

Walls are a little thin so I could hear the persons next door which was disturbing my night sleep but the owner of the hotel was notified and was helpful.

Location is perfect as in close to restaurants , main shopping streets and historic sites, museums etc. We felt safe and its a family run hotel with personal care and attention on the business and guests. We even got a free upgrade which we appreciated.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the bathroom was a little cramped but this is the only thing I could think of to mention.

Prime location, short walk to harbour and also to pick up location for our excursion to pompeii the following day. short walk to a great selection of resturants. Felt safe in this area of Naples.

This hotel is amazing ! Great location, quiet and safe area away from the main hustle and bustle of Naples ... so close to the waterfront for a lovely view and retreat ... I would stay here over and over ... Every member of the staff is Lovley, however Linda really made our stay feel like we were with friends or family ... the morning Americanos will certainly wake you up!

Our previous stay in Naples was in the busy historic centre. We were a bit frazzled after that, so very relieved on our return leg to be staying nearer to the port, where you got the benefit of the sea breeze and a more peaceful environment (as well as a wonderful view of Vesuvius from our window). The room was clean and spacious, and staff attentive and very professional. We were thrilled by breakfast, which offered a wide range of fruit, cereals, juices, savouries and traditional Neapolitan cakes. Great coffee made to order. This hotel is in an expensive area to stay, but because it isn't directly on the sea front the rates are far more reasonable.

We got a wonderful and informative welcome. The hotel was atmospheric and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was varied and ample and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Just off the seafront on a quiet street.

The staff were incredibly helpful when we were struggling to find out how to get to the port and there was a 10k run blocking us off from everywhere. They also checked us in very smoothly when we arrived very late. We could only stay one day because our flight was cancelled the day before and the hotel have given us an invoice to help with the insurance claim.
