Really friendly and helpful staff. The location is a bit out of Sorrento but if you know that it's fine and it's still walkable. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Wonderful view point and swimming spot just 2 mins walk away. Room was a good size and had a really good shower.

Our room was on level 1 by the street and it was very noisy if you are sensitive to that We didn’t try breakfast at the hotel

The roof closed early and the hot tub was not warm.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The location is close enough to Sorrento walk , but away from the mass chaos of tourists.

Maybe that little bit too far to walk into the main area of Sorrento for some people. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Not the best breakfast.

Staff were really nice. Good size room with terrace. Located close to a good beach club, some nice places to eat, and away from the crowds of the main part of Sorrento.

Some of my favourite clothes were accidentally trashed and they didn’t pay attention to it and could not find them back. I do not expect that i don’t find my things back in any accomadation, their cleaning staff should have paid attention that clothes fell down from my bag and were not meant to be trashed. That was very disappointing, rest of the stay and location was good.

the beds were very uncomfortable, americano coffee was instant, eggs overcooked, room at the front was noisy and soundproofing was poor

The place needs block out blinds otherwise you’re woken up early.

If you want to be out of Sorrento but still waking distance then this is the perfect spot. Very quiet area - 20 min walk to Sorrento. Rooms are so comfortable.

Facilities were a little basic, but a good base for somewhere just to sleep Walls are very thin, can hear the other guests talking in the next room Further away from the centre of San Agnello and Sorrento

The rooms were not completely soundproof so we could hear noise from other guests coming home late in the evenings.

We stayed 3 nights in Hotel Crawford. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop nearby to go to Sorrento town, but the walk is also possible. We enjoyed the shared balcony on the roof where there is a nice view of the ocean.

The safety deposit box wasn't working and not secured to the premises. The elevators were narrow and the floor buttons didn't work properly.

1- House keeping starts cleaning very early at the floor and makes noise. 2- There’s no curtain in the window to prevent daylight with the sun rise the morning. 3- There is a Cafe machine but no outlet nearby, you have to take the machine to the bathroom. 4. Double bed had been made by two single beds and the bed quality was so poor.

It’s a compact and renovated city hotel.

small rooms, no divider between rooms on the balcony, ran out of breakfast items a lot, not accessible friendly, a 20 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento

Loved the fruit trees, it’s located on a quiet street, couple of good restaurants surrounding, clean rooms, serviced daily.

This hotel although good, was only a three star quality if in the uk, as there were no extra facilities No private beach as mentioned in booking.com advertising

the jacuzzi on the roof which although in a good position, was filthy with body fat (orange) all along the side of the jacuzzi. it also smelt like there was no chlorine in it so we decided to not use it. was a bit disappointed as was looking forward to using that

room was very big and spacious and was very clean. the bed was also a double bed and not 2 singles put together with was a change from a lot of european hotels I have been in. the staff were very friendly and always said hello or goodbye whenever walking past the reception. the room was absolutely spotless and so clean I was very happy with that.
