As we were checking out we asked if we could leave our bags behind reception and come back to collect later in the day but the receptionist just suggested we leave them in the middle of the reception area under a table so we decided against it. Location seemed a bit touch and go but was perfectly adequate for just 1 night.

Check in was fine, room big enough for 5 adult guys with comfortable beds each.

Good position just near the train station. Not five star by any means but facilities were great, clean and comfortable. Good value foe money. Nice and secure off the street. Staff were very helpful to us non-Italian speaking tourists.... thank you Hotel Zara Napoli.

The windows don't isolate outside noise very well. Hot water finicky, you needed to run through cold water for some time

The only thing is sometimes our shower would flood a bit quickly before draining!! But if you point the shower head away from the drain and stay mostly under the flow it fixes this.

As a group of young female travelers we were all feeling a bit vulnerable and nervous in Naples for the first time. However, we felt incredibly safe in Hotel Zara and looked after by the staff. While the facilities are a little dated, it’s nothing to the extent of other reviews. The beds were comfortable and rooms quiet, with excellent exterior blinds if you have a room with a window. As women traveling mostly alone, safety was our number one priority and Hotel Zara definitely checked that box.

Better come with the earplugs. You can hear everything from the reception and neighbouring rooms. Beds are small as well as rooms. The main entrance to he building is very dirty ( as well as the whole city, so it's maybe Naples thing ). Shared bathroom needs a little renovation

the shower box. When taking a shower, the water leaks out and wets the floor. They should also clean the bathroom a little bit more and provide more liquid soap. We were 3 and on the third day, we did not have enough bath soap.

The location is very convenient if you need to be near the main railway station. The room is just as it appears in the pictures, with comfortable beds, good furniture, and adequate lighting. The bathroom may not be very fancy, but it is clean and includes everything you may need. The hospitality of the managers is top-notch!

Already knew from previous reviews - not luxurious, but clean, and everything you need for a short few day stay. Shower does flood slightly after 5-10mins, and can hear people in the hallway - but otherwise was fine. No real complaints.

Close to the train station, safe with double locked gates. Very friendly staff, available at all hours. Has hot water, comfortable beds, very clean. Also held our bags for us before our room was ready. Good value for money.

The sharing toilet was clean, 24 hr helpdesk, they helped us book a Taxi (20€) for the early hours to the airport, convenient location to the bus station and airport.

The location was handy for station but was a less desirable part of town and the children found it a bit intimidating as lots of homeless people.

The noise outside at the reception level. The bell ringing and the phone going is a lot of noise if you want to sleep early and are a light sleeper. I asked for another room, but it was fully booked. However in the night after 12 it didnt bother me.

The location was excellent near central station. Even there were a lot of migrants around that area, it is really safe. Nice places all around for breakfast. The room was comfortable, the shared shower and toilet were clean and never had to wait for someone else, was allways available at the times I used it. Highly recommended to stay here!! Room was cleaned daily.

The area around the hotel (Garibaldi area) is dirty and an area for transients. Not the most desirable area. Elevators were non-operational so had to carry suitcase up several flight of stairs. Was difficult to find good restaurants in the area.

Fairly close to the Napoli Centrale Station and the Metro Station, convenient for touring the city and region. Room was larger and cleaner than expected. The hotel staff were very accommodating and tried to assist in whatever they could.
