The shutters and curtains didn’t offer much cover in the mornings so we were often woken up early by the sun. There also was a lack of shampoo and shower gel in the bottles.

The location was brilliant, very close to the centre and main sights. The rooms were very spacious and had a wide range of facilities. The staff were also very attentive and helpful and helped to order a taxi for us when we needed to head out.

The decor of the room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The bathroom looked updated and clean. I had a view of the city. It was a good location in the city center and easy to find. The staff was nice.

Good location. My main floor room was good sized, high ceilings with a big window. Bathroom was good sized, too. All clean facilities. Front desk was helpful with recommendations and to arrange a taxi in the morning. Breakfast was available but needed to be decided the night before.

The walls were a touch thin so if people were talking in the common area you could hear it loud and clear.

The location was great, only a short walk from multiple tourist locations. Very clean accomodations and let us leave our bags at the desk after checkout to do one last day of exploring before heading home.

The location is very good. The hotel room is clean and have everything you need, so it's comfortable.

The room was ok but they can do better cleaning the place. Also the heating system smells weird maybe because the building is old even if they restore it recently.

The staff were really helpful and friendly!!! They let us leave our baggages after check out free of charge in their facilities since we were leaving Siena in the afternoon! The location is excellent!

Everything was perfect, staff was very informative and friendly. The whole place was clean and tidy. Bedroom was very comfortable, temperature was absolutely great (travelling during winter month). We had at breakfast everything what we needed, very satisfied. Also location was very good but at the same time it wasn't loud during the night. Highly recommended.

Pleasant stay in very central location, main attractions easily reachable by foot. Staff on the front desk very friendly and room was clean and spacious. Good value for money.

Flooring being laminate meant footsteps echoed on corridors and being on ground floor it was close to reception and all conversations could be heard. Other guests returning to rooms could have been very disruptive . Reception opening at 8.15 am was always a wake up call due to staff .

Location was excellent for walking around city sites and close to bus station and link to trains. Breakfast was fine though perhaps hot food aswell would have been good ,staff were very helpful and friendly.

As we are older, it was a bit more difficult to carry our cases up the stairs from where our room was located.

All the staff were really lovely. The breakfast supplied was simple and nice. A peaceful and pleasant way to start the day in a nice quiet room.

The room was a little warm, but with the windows open at night, it cooled off and was more comfortable.

The view from our balcony was superb, The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The location was difficult to find, but he helped us navigate there.

They could do with cleaning up the entrance courtyard of pigeon droppings. It would then look more welcoming.

Great position, an easy walk to the old town, and close to buses. Friendly staff, with good English.
