the Room's Carpet it's not Clean, The Bathroom with mold (Black area in the Korner of the Shower), The Blanket it's also not Clean, The Door can't be locked from inside (for the Child).

The breakfast is very Good and varied from Sweet, Cakes, Vegetables,.etc.. The Staff are very kind and they are responding to the requests, Transport to the Metro not always available , Bedsheets it is changing everyday.

Three out of four elevators were broken and the stairs were nowhere to be found. Also broken AC and terrible heat inside the room. The property is really far from anything and somewhat hard to find.

It was very minimalistic and clean looking. Breakfast is good and the employees at the front desk are nice.

I didn't like the mess, the maintenance of cleanliness. We were accommodated in a room simply not prepared for new clients. Full of garbage, with the sink and the toilet actually dirty. I think only the sheets on the bed were changed, the pillowcases were not. The carpet was not vacuumed, in fact I did not hear any vacuum cleaner during the entire stay. In the hallway, the carpet was full of sand and dust. I think this hotel has three major problems: bad management, lack of staff and location. Probably because of the location the price is so low. Instead, they could earn much more if they invested in trained staff and a skilled manager.

I liked the fact that it is a tastefully decorated, simple hotel. I liked the breakfast and the variety, somehow decent, for the price charged.

We had few minor issues, overall quite big one. First our room seemed unfinished. Chlorine smell was unbearable, air conditioning did not work, our room carpet was dirty, mini-bar was unplugged and did not feature any of the list items except water bottles. When we asked for plankets, they came without bedsheets. There was also little to none instructions for operating in the hotel or the room. Room overall was okay but left much to be desired. Hopefully this was just the one room.

Breakfast was good and hotel is fine overall. Staff was helpful and understanding.

the AC was not working in our room and I messaged the property before to ask if they could prepare the room for my anniversary and they did not listen to this request. the breakfast which was included was very basic and did not have many options other than pork which I do not eat so food was limited for myself. the shuttle bus service gets full and cannot accommodate for everyone which means you will have to travel by a public bus to the city centre. when we arrived for check in at 3:00 there was a very long que with 4 members of staff but only 2 check in computers. I feel like the staff where very slow to check everyone in and they should of been more prepared as we waited 50 minutes just to check in. this time could have been used for my holiday if they had been more organised.

Hotel has carparking area, but know that it is not free. Even if the hotel is in a very empty area, you need to pay for the carpark.

I had stayed at the hotel in previous years as well. Its current condition seems more worn out, and the breakfast could be diversified a bit more.

The beds were not bad, the shower usage was good, it's a good hotel for spending a night. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.

The rooms were old and you could tell it by the bathroom that looked very old or the door of the room that was very unstable. The food in the restaurant was okay but I was expecting more. Also, the room service is not available even if it is written on the website.
