The gym is accessible from 9 a.m. Too late. There is no suitable space for floor exercises or yoga practice.

The little SPA, the gym and the romantic fireplace in the hotel's lobby. Excellent location, free parking outside.

The continental breakfast was poor. In fact aside from croissants and 2 choices of what seemed to be home made cakes, the savory part was lacking of products.We found no eggs on the second morning and just some slices of packed cheese and ham. A continental breakfast in a 4 star hotel should offer a wide variety of food, unfortunately this was not the case at all

In my opinion the bed was too hard but maybe that just me. As I mentioned the food the first day was too salty. We loved everything else!

The pool was fabulous. Our room opened up directly to the pool. the food was very good but the first night everything was too salty. excellent the rest of the week though. The views from around the property are lovely but the star of the stay were the staff they all made us feel very welcome and had great suggestions for seeing the sites. My wife lost a decorative button from her favorite dress. She asked the front desk to keep an eye out know it wouldn't turn up but! two days late a member of staff found it in a hallway under a table and returned it to us. My wife was delighted! We will definitely be back!!

There were a few lengthy delays restocking items at breakfast which meant that some of our party missed out on eggs, bread etc.

Fantastic pool and lounge facilities - perfect for long hot summer days. The staff could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Room is spacious, clean and bright. Breakfast was a wide assortment of pastries, fruit and some hot items.

The ac was working great, until the last night, and it didn’t seem to cool as much. Wish the pool bar was open, would have been great to have drinks by the pool during the day. There is a bar inside, but it doesn’t open until 4 or 5 pm

It’s a beautiful property! Well maintained!! And very clean!!!! We loved our room, which opens up to the pool! It was spacious! And the bathroom too was very spacious! The pool feels great!!! The dining area/restaurant is also very nice, and staff are very friendly and helpful! Breakfast included was also delicious! The property is walking distance to monteriggioni, it can be a little hike, but definitely do-able!

We were 6 cyclists on a Tour of Tuscany, the castello was well placed near Monteriggioni and there are good restaurants nearby. The hotel kindly let us store our bikes in a vacant meeting room.

I booked this Hotel by mistake. We were on the Via Francigena, the Hotel was a little out of our way. It turned out to be a very comfortable stay after being drenched in a Thunderstorm. The room was large, tastefully decorated the bathroom was fine too. Our room had a lovely patio with view of the garden and large swimming pool. We had an excellent diner at the hotel, a great surprise. Professional waitstaff that recommended an excellent wine, not always the case in Italy. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

No air-conditioning, very poor staf at breakfast. Breakfast items didn't get restocked. Allot of stuf was empty one hour before closing time.
