The bed seemed very short. I’m 5’4” and my feet were touching the bed frame despite moving to the very top of the bed. Bed comfortable. No milk for morning coffee. Also had to leave my key tied to reception door on check out as no one there to give it to.

Location is excellent. Mario very helpful and friendly. Exceptionally clean. Providing nice toiletries and snacks for the room. Coffee making facilities

The ‘breakfast’ in not great and not healthy however there is a grocery store close by with good options to purchase breakfast for you room if you wanted it.

Excellent location for enjoying Como. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. The staff at checkin were very pleasant and helpful.

It was hard to contact the staff sometimes. The reception is open only a few hours a day. The phone numbers given didn't answer when I tried to call one day.

There was no soap/ shampo, only a hand wash. Rooms are too close so if ur with kids then surely ur neighbors will be disturbed.

If u want to visit lake como then this is near to the lake, near to train station (como) and the bus station. Staff Ahmad is very cooperative. Remember no lifts, this is apartment so come to sleep and then go out to chill. Don’t expect amenities considering the rate they offer. Recommend for couple, or singles.

No view from the room and TV didn’t have any smart functions to watch streaming services which was a shame but otherwise a great stay.

Short but comfortable stay at this central accommodation in Lake Como. Room was basic but clean and bed was comfortable. Very walkable as it’s right at the lake and close to the town. Staff were really friendly and helpful!

Unfortunately the only negative point is that there was never a person in the reception. We even had to do some type of self check out because we had to run to the train and no one was in the reception (when it says the opening hours are 8-10am...). Please make sure that at least your contact / phone numbers work. We called both and one was off and no one picked up the other...

We loved that the staff / owner was very nice and always asking if we needed something different and if we needed help. They even gave us one of the best rooms (also because the hotel was empty which is perfectly normal as we went in the winter i.e. no tourists). They gave us some snacks in the room, tea, and also soluble coffee! The room was also very warm, clean, and comfortable even if it was small. It was better than expected. Another point is that they let us check in 1h before.

The staff are full of useful information. Worth listening to what they say. It could be helpful. The place is lovely and right in centre of Como town. A 2 minute walk from the train station. And they had a decent shower.

The single bedroom room's door no.12 has a big glass covered with a black vinyl, just didn't feel really safe. The check in times are a bit strange but acceptable for the price.

The location is great, the receptionist is superb warm and welcoming. You can leave your bags at reception at not cost. The bathroom and the room were spotless.
