The noice at the streat (loud music, noice from the appartment above...) even after mid night. We and our children couldn't sleep till mid night... Family room #208 was facing a canteen with loud music, pls avoid this room. We have changed room to the otherside which was a bit better.

The location to the beach and the swimming pool at the hotel. The hotel has their own parasols and beach seats at the beach, so this was very convenient. The breakfast was tasteful. The familiy suite was spacious and good (room #316/317).

Parking lot was full so we were directed to parking garage a couple of blocks away. This would have been fine for a family without children, but we had a 3 year old with all the necessities for a beach vacation so it was very much an inconvenience for us.

There is literally nothing to complain about! Everything was excellent! Breakfast at this hotel is absolutely overwhelming. Thanks the team at the restaurant we felt very comfortable and familiar. Many thanks to Ana-Maria, Ivan, Cristina/Christina and Samuele who made our staying absolutely unforgettable in any way starting with welcoming and finishing with saying “ Goodbye !”on our last day. We felt being welcome there the entire time. The entire service at the hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful! My bike could be fixed inner few minutes thanks Luigi( I hope the name of the very friendly man is correct). Many thanks to the security man who helped us with the emergency service for my mother at night. The cleaning staff is very accurate and incredibly friendly. All in all it was an unforgettable staying at this hotel. It was our first time there but for sure not the last one! PS There are plenty of restaurants to drop into and enjoy a nice dinner. Für deutschsprachige Gäste: es gibt buchstäblich nichts und gar nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn jemand hier nach etwas suchen will, dann soll er lieber zu Hause bleiben.

Very nice, modern, clean, exceptional selection of toiletries. Very good bed, also different pillows. Perfect location. 1 min walk to the beach. Few mins walk to the main shopping street in the city center. Would definitely come back again.

the staff was not very motivated. although a part was renovated, the whole hotel is somehow quite old and would need a complete renovation.

The Front Desk was not very polite, did not even say thanks for the visit. No mirror in the room, so one could not even look at oneself what one is wearing, Breakfast had cold eggs and very little fruit. In a 4* Hotel I would expect differently. At the end the overview of the invoice was just a credit card receipt 😒

the staff was full of attitude - family friendly? not so much … there was always an argument about the lounge being wet due to guests which was next to the pool area … well then don’t locate the lounge next to the pool .. duh? the receptionists were not that kind as I remembered them from my last first stay couldn’t enter the hotel with a stroller .. had to lift it my self..

The swimming pool is closing at 19:00. The wi Fi was not the best but who cares we were in holidays.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect, in front of the beach with reserved umbrella and seats . I recommend it for sure.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. Not only is the location fantastic - beach front & near the shopping streets with lots of great restaurants - it also has a wonderful staff that make staying feel so comfortable, enjoyable, and inviting. I always feel warmly welcomed, and that means a lot!

Like everything!!

The location was great. Came with a reserved beach chairs and umbrellas conveniently close to the beach and attractions. Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
