It was pure perfection - very peaceful, relaxing ambient surrounded by beautiful gardens with olives, orchards, cacti, and with a beautiful, clean and cool infinity pool with a spectacular view - overlooking the sea from the one side, and admiring the Mount Etna from the other. The staff is extremely nice and special thanks to Chiara who was always making us feel very welcome each morning for breakfast. The breakfast is quite good with a lot of fresh fruit, yoghurt, a lot of homemade sweets and usual charcuterie and eggs. The location is great as a starting point as it is mosty the same distance to a lot of towns on the east coast of Sicily. Also, a bonus is that it is a bit higher up so the temperatures at night are a lot nicer. The rooms were very clean, spacious and with a nice balcony overlooking the whole property. We would definitely recommend!

The property is well kept with awesome country and sea views. The backdrop was the mighty Mount Etna making our experience very unique. Staff were all amazing with a special mention to Alessia ( a bundle of joy) and Julia always making sure we were well served and comfortable. Highly recommended

The property is fantastic, having great pool area and comfortable rooms. Special mention to Roberta and Julia (both working in the restaurant) for their service and assistance in our dietary needs. Vegan food was great, especially for breakfast and lunch!

There were a few fixtures and fittings in our room that were a bit damaged that probably needed a bit of a refurbish. If you are going to stay here I would advise you needing a car or organise your transport early and plan every day, there is virtually nowhere to eat outside of the hotel restaurant (which is delicious) in Santa Venerina and the nearest town Zafferana Etnea is an hours walk away.

The views were stunning, at the rear of the property you could see Mt Etna and looking out at the pool etc you could see right to the sea. The staff were the most helpful and lovely people. The gentleman (can't remember his name) who is the waiter on an evening in the restaurant is such a kind and helpful man. As are the 2 members of reception staff we encountered. They went out of their way to help us with a couple of issues early on and to book us a wine tour very last minute on our final day, they even took us there and back so we could both have a drink! The food in their restaurant is delicious, breakfast has a more than adequate continental breakfast.

We booked this accommodation very spontaneously and were very warmly welcomed. We had a lovely room next to the swimming pool. The whole property is absolutely gorgeous and very well looked after. The view in the garden and the swimming pool is directly to the Enta which is amazing. When we relaxed at the pool during the day there was a nice refreshment brought to us. We also loved the dinner with a great wine selection at the accommodation as well as the breakfast. There is so much variety and also some homemade delicious cakes, honey and jams. The staff and family (evening and morning) was absolutely friendly and we had a great chat in Italian which I really enjoyed. The only thing we would have wished for were more hooks in the room to put up some clothes.

Quite aera around the hotel. Close to Etna and Taormina. Nice pool, enough space to relax around the pool. Garden is beautiful. View is spectacular.

The lighting in the room was a little lacking. In the shower, the water flow from the overhead shower is too weak (it only dripped). The service charge and its amount are not specified in the restaurant menu. We found out about him only when we were leaving.

We spent 2 nights at Kepos Relais & SPA. We are satisfied with our stay. A cozy hotel with 15 rooms. The room has a high ceiling, which makes the room seem much larger. The lighting in the room was a little lacking. Clean, tidy, pleasant staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is really tasty. Continental breakfast, everything was enough. The coffee is delicious. Great pool with comfortable sunbeds and lounge areas around the pool. A shower under a lemon tree with hanging lemons is incredibly amazing for a traveler from a country where lemon trees don't grow :) I recommend it!

The restaurant was a bit expensive and I think would be used much more by guests if it was reasonably priced. The Negroni was lovely and the restaurant staff so helpful and friendly ! I had pasta with muscles and clams which was 22 euros (!) and three of the 6 muscles were closed and so not edible.

The pool was so lovely with fantastic views of the sea and of Etna. Breakfast was good and we were very well provided for with gluten free breads and cakes for our dietary needs. It was easy to get to Etna, Taormina and some lovely local towns with good restaurants. I had a fantastic massage and the spa area was so lovely, we enjoyed the Turkish steam bath and an aromatherapy bath too!!

Awesome hotel and very helpful staff. We were greeted every day with smiles and a willingness to help and make our stay pleasant. Great rooms with an unforgettable view! Very good WiFi. Everywhere is clean, the restaurant dishes were delicious. Private location, but sightseens are close - Taormina, Etna volcano e.g. Beautiful garden around, volcano Etna, sea, clean pool. Definitely 100% recommend!

If we are to nitpick, cleanliness could be improved. All of the areas within reach were cleaned properly, but there was dust under the bed and behind the sofa, for example. Also, pool heating would be a wonderful addition in pre-season months such as April and May :)

Food was fantastic. Very tasty. Lots of green area around the pool where kids can play safely (provided they know how to swim :D). Staff are very polite and friendly.

I loved the location, elegant, clean and it was in a very quiet area. The view was amazing and the food very good. Loved the way the employees treated us, being always kind and ready to offer us the best services, though we arrived ahead the check-in hours. It was very relaxing and pleasant. We got amazing time in the SPA area also, enjoying the massages and other relaxing facilities. The nearby orchard was a perfect place to walk and relax under the warm rays of the sun, and the smell of clementine flowers was dreamlike. Thank you.

The menu for dinner could offer a bit more choice.

Beautiful land with lots of fruit trees and nice surrounding. The restaurant was great with view to the sea from the terrace. Good breakfast with enough choice for adults and kids as well. The suite was extremely spaceous and well equipped. Best choice for families. Very helpful owner and staff. We had to leave early morning so we got a rich food package the night before.
