Really well equipped and modern property with well designed rooms and lovely bar and other common areas. Breakfast delivered to your door each morning was terrific. Ski in ski out but onto a red slope so for beginners/kids take note. Transport on demand into and out of the village. Staff all fantastic without exception. We all had a brilliant time.

Possibly could have a had a little more explanation on the room facilities when checking in. However, it isn’t difficult to ask for help if necessary.

Bruce was the perfect host and ready with advice when needed. The staff couldn’t have done any more for us and Fillipo makes great cocktails. Breakfast baskets provided every day were superb. Perhaps the addition of some fresh fruit options would be an added bonus. Kitchens are perfectly adequate to cook in for a night or two, ask for any additional equipment you might need. Like many hotels up the slope out of the village they run a lift service to and from the village which was faultless and very prompt. The sauna/spa and gym areas were perfect.

We had a wonderful (too short!) stay at La Cresta. Bruce and his staff are so welcoming and want to facilitate guests having a really great time in Cervinia. The facilities were excellent and very well kept. The daily delivery of the breakfast box was delightful. The spa area was really lovely to relax in. Having the transfer service to and from the village made it very easy to go back and forth to the village for skiing, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend!

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Very well appointed and maintained with attentive and helpful, courteous staff and host. Genuine ski in, ski out. Tremendous service back and forward to the resort centre which made the beautiful, on the mountain location a real pleasure with no real downside.

Everything was really great… The bar area was lovely, and great selection of drinks… but it was rather empty most nights - some kind of social gathering or event every other day would create more of a vibe perhaps. Wine tasting or a quiz? Something to make it a little more social… A pool table would be a fantastic addition!!

Loved the chalet - so nicely presented with spa and lounge bar areas… the appartment was nicely laid out, and the breakfast and room servicing was excellent. Bruce and all the staff were fantastic… even sorted out getting the Arsenal game on the TV for our son. The free taxi service to and from the centre was great and the food delivery service to the room is a great service.

WiFi is a bit slow, yet ok, but the whole system to get/use WiFi was very inconvenient and should be improved.

La Creasta Challet is an excellent ski lodge: it is pretty new, located just besides the slope (ski-in and ski-out) and the staff goes out of their way to give you the home-away feeling. The owner Bruce was always very helpful and ready to go out of his way to make every aspect of our holiday comfortable. The barmen Danny was mixing excellent cocktails and open to chat by the bar. The driver crew was taking as everywhere and back, even 9km out of town at the expense of the hotel. Everybody was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast products to the room was great, in fact that was the best breakfast in any Italian hotel I've ever stayed.

Breakfast could be improved by adding some fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers). It would be nice to put up a sign encouraging guests to save water and energy by indicating whether they want their towels changed.

Fantastic views from the balcony, ski in ski out, the outdoor jacuzzi, the proper Finnish sauna (85-90 defrees) … all were superb and made the trip a special experience

We liked everything!

Location on a ridge and almost in the slope offers true ski in-ski out-experience. Breakfast was brought to rooms every morning and was good although it lacked fresh foods like tomatoes, cucumber and fruits. Suites was spacious and cozy. They offer transfer service to the village but it is not that far if you want to walk. Staff was helpful and we received all the help we needed in a second.

The La Cresta is an exceptional place in so many ways and a real pearl. Bruce's (the owner of the place) philosophy is to let you relax during your vacation so one doesn't need to bother himself with anything. His whole staff including Martina, Florien and others including Bruce himself answered any possible request we asked including back and forth rides to and from the gondola, assistance in reserving tables at restaurants, Bruce even rescued us when we got stuck in deep snow with a vehicle without proper chains. A real VIP service! The suites are big and comfortable well equipped to the details 2 bed rooms and 2 separate bathrooms. Nice living room and a kitchen with anything needed to prepare local food. Breakfasts are lovely, brought to the room. The view from the suite is fantastic! And there's a jacuzzi outside the chalet with hot water while the outside temp is below 0°C. La Cresta also has a spa area with wet and dry saunas. Real fun for Apres Ski. There's no doubt we will return to La Cresta next ski season. It will feel like coming back home!

We enjoyed our stay at La Cresta tremendously. The rooms are excellent, location is superb with true ski-in ski-out to the lower gondola and excellent ski- and boot room facilities. However the main reason for staying here is the exceptionally friendly and professional people who keep this place running. All wants, needs and requests were pre-empted with great solutions and we were truly made to relax and enjoy our skiing break.

Literally everything was fabulous Service from the whole team was truly amazing, drop offs to and from the town, recommending restaurants, helping us navigate the area, and generally being incredibly accommodating, even at a moments notice. I appreciated all the touches: ski and boot room, and the staff even helping us carry our skis to the car, and being Ski in ski out is great, a few metres from the slopes, facilities are superb: the rooms had nice toiletries, plenty of towels etc available, super clean and modern. Set a new standard for service!!! (we also had a great time skiing in Cervinia)

Elevator is small and cranky, but it works. Gym is somewhat under equipped and elliptical was out of order. Garage is a bit too tight and the price of 10Euros/day is very expensive for a 9 day stay and could be offered a discount for a long stay. City tax was not mentioned until we checked out (I missed it in the Booking.com description)

The staff was friendly and helpful in so many ways. The rooms are large, comfortable and well equipped. Location is absolutely amazing. the best view in town. Breakfast is delivered to your door, gives a lot of flexibility in time and materials Cleaning ladies were so kind and helpful, well above and beyond the usual.
