All perfect but if I had to be picky I wish there was English tv channels

Perfect location. Very easy to find and Check-in the use of a fob rather than a key was so much easier. Very helpful reception team and room was cleaned every single day!

Expect a bed & breakfast type of room (standard bedroom), not a fancy hotel.

The location is perfect (next to the Barberini station) and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free water and coffee in the reception, which is very helpful for travelers. The bathroom was clean. I'd come back here next time.

Because of its central location, it was busy all night long, but I didn't mind that much. There was a slight smell from bathroom

Great location with a nice view of the square and fountain next to it, very friendly staff always willing to help out, also you can store your luggage after checkout if you have a late flight home, so that you can continue with the sightseeing even in your last day.

The location was excellent. Next to the metro station & also by foot to the attractions. The room was simple but comfortable & clean. (It might need a bit of painting to refresh it). The bathroom large. We had a view from our room to the piazza. A lot of choices near by for breakfast, dinner & drinks.

Location could not be beat....near Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and Metro..... Beds were great....room large enough for two....decent bathroom

We found some hairs on the bed but it wasn't a huge deal. And there was a lot of calcium in the communal kettle so it could probably use a clean.

Staff was great- communicative and responsive. We were happily surprised that they could accommodate an earlier check-in. And the view is amazing.

Not a fan of the breakfast by the cafe across the road due to inconsistency and oily. Not a fan of the foam for hair and body wash, perhaps a gel could be better. A coat of paint for the room would be good.

The location was fantastic! It is right by the street for shops, walking distance to a handful of sights, heaps of restaurants around, a great grocery store 2 min walk away, metro a min walk away. Free refill of filtered water behind reception with a little coffee/tea station. We had a view if Piazza Baberini which was great. Bed was comfy and the bathroom met my needs. The staff were fantastic with Simone at check in and Claudio who helped during late hours in the evening with an emergency!

Everything was almost good but one thing could have been added is there was no water inside the room but there was an option outside the room. There is no breakfast option with them or maybe there is but staff did not told us anything but there are cafe outside the building. Main thing I did not liked is my girlfriend birthday was there and I requested them to have a cake in the room and i wanted to surprise my girlfriend and I was ready to pay for it but they said they are guest room not hotel so they can not manage, I mean it would just had took few minutes to buy a cake and put inside the mini fridge when we were not present. Also the hot water was not working first day but after informing it started working and they should provide dental kit like "Tooth paste and brush" in the room atleast.

The staff is really good and they contacted us before our arrival to know when we will wish to check in. They even try to help to do prior check in if requested by us. The room was clean and we stayed for 2 nights and there is room service in the evening, when we came back to our room it was cleaned and set up again which we liked. Check in and check out was smooth and hassle free. Location is really in a very good place just 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain and other tourist attractions. If we go again we will stay with them.

Breakfast at the cafe across the road was more than adequate a friendly place to observe the life of Roman locals. more than adequate. Choice of Italian, or traditional eggs and bacon.

Not having a 24hr reception was kind of hard for us because our roaming service was nor that good and we were scared we wouldn’t be able to let the hotel know we were on our way

The place itself is really great, very close to very important must-see places. Friendly staff.
