Safe deposit box and laptop safe advertised by booking.com, but did not exist (they were awaiting a provider apparently). Fortunately we had no issues.

Location was great in downtown Firenze near the station. Hotel appeared to be recently refurbished so was smart. Very clean, and comfortable although basic bedroom. Room described as deluxe but in my book would be standard, although it was fine for what we needed. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

The location is awesome and the staff is also very friendly. Me and my wife had an amazing time there. The terrace view is spectacular. The hotel is also very clean. Stephano was so helpful. He even gave us a map and guided us on how explore the city.

Very close to the train station. The room is enough big for a couple and has a tiny balcony. Hotel service is very good at their work. Breakfast was very good and it is great to drink good coffee in the morning. It has very nice terrace to spend time.

On first entry to our room there was an awful sewer/drain smell. The bathroom was worse. There was plug in air fresheners in the wall and diffusers on top of the wardrobe so they are aware of the smell. We stayed 3 nights and the smell was there our entire stay, it was quiet nauseating. We had to turn off the heat as the smell was worse when the heat was on. Also for a non smoking hotel all we could smell was cigarette smoke. If your given a key for room 515 it stinks.

The location is perfect, very close to the main square, bars and restaurant. Train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is on the 5th floor so found it quiet safe as there is a main gate that only guests can access

Despite daily room cleaning, there is an unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom drain, which is quite bothersome. It may not be directly related to the hotel but could be a city infrastructure issue. If you are sensitive to odors, it's worth noting. Additionally, the radiator in the room was not working, and the air conditioning, which goes up to a maximum of 21 degrees, operates loudly. So, you have to choose between dealing with the noise or enduring colder temperatures. Lastly, if you are of a larger size, the bed may feel quite small.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Its location is ideal, being both close to the train station and major tourist attractions, eliminating the need for additional transfer costs. During my 5-night stay, the room was cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. As a solo traveler, I always felt safe in and around the hotel. The breakfast provided was satisfying and as an international selection.
