Nice location, the room is perfect and giant. Very confortable bed and the bathroom is clean and everything works perfectly. Thanks to Ricardo, that helped us a lot, giving some recomendations and being always attentive.

The room was comfortable with a nice ensuite and Ricardo was really friendly and communicative; he even gave advice on sites to see, places to eat etc. which was really helpful and appreciated. He allowed us to keep our bag there after check out too seeing our train wasn’t until the evening.

My family and I stayed with La Luna Guesthouse over the Easter period. The property is very nice and clean, and perfectly maintained and serviced by fantastic Riccardo Lopresti. For a few days of our stay at La Luna Guesthouse we felt more like locals than guests. We also had a chance to try some of Riccardo's fantastic recommendations of local restaurants, shops and museums - all very commendable indeed! All in all - a fantastic stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

I felt so warmly welcome by the owner. I have high standards, and the cleanliness was faultless. The room had everything I needed, and the place was only a short walk away from the centre and there was a carrefour close by(supermarket). Would definitely stay again !

Riccardo is absolutely a great host with massive hospitality, providing us useful information, travel tips and recommendations. The location is close to tram and train station and other tourist spots. Carrefour express is also nearby for groceries.

The room, bathroom, and whole house were immaculately cleaned, upkept, beautiful, and smelled good. Riccardo was extremely friendly and helpful, and I would definitely come again.

It was absolutely gorgeous and the bathrooms were nicer than the ones I have at home and at most hotels. The location was amazing u are a 10 min walk from the bridges and a 20 min walk from the duomo. The rooms were big and spacious and had a safe.

There were mosquitoes in the room, which is no one's fault but just a head's up, as it didn't occur to us this would be an issue in October.

We had the room at the back so it was quiet and clean. The shower was great (enough room to shave your legs). Riccardo was really helpful and gave us recommendations for things to see and places to eat during our stay. He was available to help as needed which was much different from other places we stayed. (If you prefer to have minimal contact with your host, then this won't be the place for you.) Was also really nice to have some snacks & cold water on arrival after our train journey. Thank you! It is slightly out of the way but a short walk to the historic city centre and near the train station which was helpful for us.

if you want to be safe, then this is definitely the place for you, Riccardo is a wonderful person, he will tell you what to visit, where to eat, and treat you to sweets) thank him very much for the Floritian hospitality. The room is large, clean... the bathroom is large, has everything you need. cleaning every day. the location is great! The only down side to this room was that the bathroom was not attached. The bathroom itself was very clean. It would be nice if the hotel was a little more central.

The host, Ricardo, was absolutely incredible. Lots of attention to detail and was very helpful in assisting us with reservations and suggesting places for us to go. The room was lovely and everything was very clean.

I was ok with it but don’t expect super trendy new furniture and surroundings.

Accomodated late check in, the room was big and had a character with the fresco on the ceilings. The owner is something else! Super friendly, helpful, the kind of guy you want to be buddies with. The bathroom was large and rennovated.

As a solo female traveler with much travel experience but some bad experiences lately, I wanted to stay somewhere with someone who could tell me about the area. Ricardo was so helpful, even hauling my many suitcases to the tram with me when I left, as there is a taxi shortage in Florence. The space is super clean and comfy, with lots of charm. The area is convenient to all of the sites. I felt safe and grateful. I would stay here again!

Exceptional place to stay in Florence! Riccardo (the host) really goes above and beyond for his guests - providing the best service I've ever experienced in my travels. When we arrived, he greeted us at the door with much enthusiasm and friendliness to tour us through the guesthouse and explain the fresco in our room. He then provided amazing suggestions for restaurants and places to visit, as well as the best times to visit these places and the best ways to get there. He even had transit tickets available for us so that we wouldn't have to spend time getting them ourselves. Riccardo was also very responsive throughout our stay for any questions we had and sorting out logistics like checking out and storing luggage. The guesthouse itself is a great place to stay if you are looking for somewhere quieter that is not too far of a walk from the train station (or one transit stop away) and also still walkable to Florence's popular attractions. A very clean, well decorated, secure, and reasonably priced place to stay while in Florence!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at La Luna Guesthouse. The room was beautiful with Renaissance touches and was clean and comfortable. The Wifi worked well and it was handy to have a fridge especially with the warmer weather. It's around a 10 minute walk to the main train station as well as within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. Riccardo was great to talk to and very hospitable and helpful with providing useful tips and recommendations on things to do around Florence. There were also some chocolates, snacks and cold water on arrival which was very thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again when next in Florence.
