We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustriaIf Late Check Out is not available, there is no shower/toilet and baggage storage for guests. This would be nice for guests that choose to stay in Grado until the afternoon. Breakfast was stressful.

SlovakiaVery unprofessional behaviour of the people working at a reception on the day of departure. We had prepaid our stay fully upfront (half board, suite) and at the end, they asked our credit card to withdraw once again payment for the visit, explaining that booking.com didn't pay them. They were very rude and forced us to call booking.com to deal with their problem. Unacceptable behaviour. In the end, they didn't say even thank you for the stay or goodbye.

HungarySomeone fed the seagulls quite early in the morning, and they were noisy, but it's not the hotel's problem, just a circumstance. But if you like to be the first at the breakfast buffet bar, they help you to wake up in time :) Or you can take excellent photos of them.
We had a suite with a nice modern but still cosy room with a large bathroom. There's also an extra wardrobe room. WIFI is quick, even on the vast balcony as well. The top terrace bar gave an extraordinary view of the whole city of Grado (see attached photos). The staff is friendly and helpful. A pet-friendly hotel, our two chihuahuas - who were with us - asked me to pin this here :)
