Very noisy if your room is facing the front. No hot breakfast like fried or scramble eggs. Some of the rooms you need to walk up the stairs. For older people like us and with luggage’s, this was a bit difficult.

The lift was scary

Alberto', Nichola a d Leandro at the front desk were absolutely lovely, very polite and professoonal in their interaction with us and clients in general , so were the personnel at the breskfast bar.

Wifi particularly poor in our room despite being on the first floor and quite close to reception-it kept cutting out. No coffee facilities at all-only at breakfast-for a 3 star hotel we would expect to be able to get coffee even if we had to pay for it. Breakfast finishes at 9.30-even if you are still eating all of the food is taken away-never had that anywhere we've stayed-make sure you're in at 9am and get loaded up. Within a few metres there are a number of good bars and restaurants at very reasonable prices. Short walk of approx 15 minutes to the station.

Room reasonable size-clean towels and bed made on a daily basis. Good choice of continental breakfast. Very attentive reception staff particularly Alberto who was very friendly and helpful.

Handy location for exploring the city. Easy walking distance to Termini although not the nicest place to walk. Lovely friendly staff who really made me feel welcome. Big bright spacious clean room with super comfortable bed. Cleaners were excellent

The clients' experience consists of small details. My proposals: - there are NO towel hooks in the bathroom, no place to dry two towels - please, put tea kettle&basic tea/coffee to the room + water - want to use closed comforter cover that the blanket (which is old and dirty) is completely hidden in. This option is much more hygienic - please, clean the bathroom better, there was mold in the corners

- staff is friendly and intelligent - fine location not far from the historical center - the calm place with fine isolation. We were not bothered by neighbors

A bit far away from railway station as it takes around a 30 mins walk from Hotel The breakfast although having a good bread and cold section had no hot foods ( for 170 eur per night ) which was the only let down . No drinking water available at any time other than breakfast ( I was told this was because of work at the bar )

Very well mannered and joyous reception desk at all times. I felt really good conversing with Nicholas as well as others at various times Rooms although old fashioned were clean and had a very good vibe There is a supermarket within 100 m which is a good plus.

Everything was great, and location is perfect. Breakfast is all you need to start your day early and keep exploring Rome. Beds are comfy, and the personal was very helfull all the time. I would recommend this place no doubt.

The bathroom had been recently renovated which was great. The staff were mostly very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was quite good. It was a 15-20 minute walk to main station and there were lots of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk

The hotel was about 15 minutes walking distance from the Termini. It was clean and good price value. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was included and good. Its location was out of the tourism crowd in a calm district
