Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Quality of breakfast. Noise of chairs with the floor in the breakfast room. Luckily we stayed only one night.
Location, in front of the sea. Quiet and calm, probably due to off-season. Free drink service (coffee, tea…)

The only thing I would like to improve is that there is a little kitchenette, but no amenities are provided on the electric hob is switched off I wish the option was there that I could use this as travelling alone. Sometimes it is easy to make something to eat myself.
Perfect location, spotless clean, really lovely Staff. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and it is perfect every time. Based on this visit I’ll be coming for another 10 years

Just a recommendation, to add some kids food to the breakfast :)
Clean room, big parking, close distance to the beach (municipal free of charge), possibility to stay with dog. Also dogs beach is very close, and at the hotel you can take umbrella and beach towels for your comfort.

The breakfast was well prepared, fresh and various. The room was very clean, terrace was huge and very comfortable. The beach is very close to the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very friendly, professional and helpfull. We highly recommend this place.

I would prefer to have breakfast earlier, if it was possible.
The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. There was more then enough parking place by the hotel. Across the road the dunes start, the beach is 150 - 200 meters away. Breakfast was various and good.

not really anything. maybe the mosquitos in the evening but the whole area of Lido Adriano had that problem
the apartment was spacious and confortable, aircon worked fine and was quite enough. The complex is designed to shield you from the sun, so maybe not appropiate if one is looking for a sunny place. But then, temparature was almost 40 degree at noon end of june. Walk across a quite street, you are on the dunes and beyond that the beach. There is a long pleasant track for walking and jogging.

Very well located close to the beach and bars and restaurants close by. a very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good and being able to make hot drinks throughout the day was a bonus. The rooms with a balcony are useful.

Slightly strange layout, and the electrical outlets, and switches and placement were a bit unusual.
Fine Continental type breakfast. Great coffee. Big room - more like a suite really, or a small apt with basic kitchen facility. Very very close to nice beach - walking distance easily.

Our main purpose ( in November) was to visit Ravenna. This hotel was a short drive from there, with the bonus of being a few metres from a beautiful beach to stroll on. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and modern.

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is clean, good breakfast options, and perfect location. Had to walk about 5 minutes to get to the private beach, but it was great to have a reserved chair and umbrella every day.

For several nights there were many mosquitos. Overall good breakfasts but lack some warm dishes (e.g. omelet, sausages, bacon).
Very close to a beach, huge and nicely equipped patio. Several places to eat in the vicinity.

Location was good for what we wanted for our stay Unfortunately only one restaurant open and not any facilities around you to hire a car to go out of area. The hotel is amongst locals homes.
