Close to city centre and good location for climbing in The Scogliera di Salinella. The host was helpfull and was availble on Whatsapp and on site.

Nothing to do with the facility, but they allow dogs to stay and our neighbours had a very barking dog, especially when they were out.

Possibly not the host's fault, but we couldn't relax there. There were constant maintenance and construction works in the property or the adjacent properties. The noise of drilling, hammering, men shouting and a concrete truck pouring concrete made relaxing almost impossible. I would have appreciated free coffee capsules, or at least one free capsule per person per night.

The apartment is big, is clean, and is fully equipped. Some things broke while we were there and the host took care of that immediately, I was very surprised to see that. Check-in is super flexible.

Kitchen is barely usable. There is literally zero space to prepare your food. U have just very small area with basin and cooking stove and thats it. So sometimes I had to cut the vegetables on the top of fridge:)) Also if u use both spots on electric stove to the maximum, electricity is going to blackout. And it would be nice if there was at least salt in the apartment. If u plan to really cook during your holiday, this is not place for u.

Host was very helpful during check in. Location is very good, couple of minutes to beach and center. Patio was nice and big enough. Apartment was nice, clean and comfortable, nothing to complain about. Bathroom was big and convenient. Big plus is underground parking right next to apartment.

Some objects were a little bit old and used,such as some things in the bathroom or in the kitchen.

The location was very quiet and at 5 minutes from the beach. Sara was very nice and gave us all the informations we nedeed.

If you can’t park, don’t use the garage.

The perfect distance from the beach and all local activities aka bars and restaurants, but also we were lucky enough to have a great view from our balcony which made every morning a movie. AC in the kitchen and bedroom was a huge plus during the hot summer days. Would recommend. Another plus was the provided garage parking spot.

Electricity power offs, shower corner would deserve renovation, it was clumsy. Parking spots are very narrow and overal navigation through parking is bit difficult while having mid sized+ car.

Do not book this property (apartment N 2). It is extremely dated, in major need of renovation, especially the bathroom and kitchen. Also, if you happen to need a clean sheet (after 3 days!), be prepared to pay an additional EUR 12. The location itself is not bad, 10-12 minute walk to the center, but for the money you can get a much nicer property much closer to the center.

Good afternoon. Excellent apartment, comfortable and functional. Everything corresponds to the photo. 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Sicily and the same amount to walk to a busy street with taverns. There is free parking. The stay was super, helpful staff and the most beautiful sea. Thank you

Overall it was clean, but it had some minor flaws. The bathroom was dated and didn’t feel very clean. The kitchenette was okay, but had some dirty spots, nothing too major. The bed was also dated, yet still a bit comfortable.

The hosts were great! Very helpful and very friendly. We also liked the location of this appartement, everything is nearby. The atmosphere was amazing.

The bed disposition in the room did not match with our booking (two single beds were replaced with a double bed). Highlighted to the receptionist that it was a problem for us, she stated that room assignation is random and she was unmotivated to solve the problem. After insisting a lot, we finally got an (uncomfortable) additional bed in the (already tiny) room.

The position of the structure is very convenient and close to the beach and the city center, easily reachable by foot. The private underground parking solves all the troubles for people reaching by car avoiding to struggle finding a parking.

what I did not like about this property is the description that they have on their site is not what they truly have in the room air conditioning was not working Wi-Fi was terrible beds were not as described on the Internet staff is very rude and does not help to accommodate you also when they state that they have toiletries for free that is a lie cause they want to make you pay for everything. I would never stay at this place ever again.
