The pool staff was too strict with enforcing "pool rules"...my two boys were having fun in the pool (and were the only ones there) only to get chided by the staff for splashing and jumping. I am all for making sure kids play safely and don't disturb other guests, but the pool guy went too far for a pool that is not being marketed as "adults only"

Good hotel. We had a suite with a pullout for the two boys and a hotel provided crib for the baby. Breakfast was great, heated pool was fantastic with a view over the sea. Hotel is clean and well kept with on-site free parking

Staying at Le Querce Resort was just absolute PARADISE❣️ Where do I begin to sing the praises of so many who made our nine day stay here magical! Let’s start with Elena and Diana in reception. Two exceptional ladies helping us with booking shuttles to the port (free!), taxis, etc. Our bartenders, Arcangelo and Franco, greeting us like old friends every day with “here come the Ohio girls”! Preparing us some of the best drinks ever to touch our lips!….the Hugo, Limoncello spritz, Negroni, Aperol Spritz and the Vesper! So many beautiful local wines, along with nice appetizers with magnificent view! The breakfast every morning was divine! We had dinners at the restaurant and it never disappointed! The massages are terrific…recommend the masking massage, both Connie ladies gave us first class service! The pool was beautiful and we even braved all the steps to the private beach. It was worth it! Can’t wait to come back to this gorgeous place!

The restaurant could have had more choices for dinner. The food was good.

The setting was spectacular, views of the Gulf of Naples right off our balcony. The swimming pool and thermal spa were free and well maintained. The staff was exceptional, very helpful in answering questions and always happy and smiling. Breakfast was included and there was a nice variety of food, especially the sweet treats- cakes, croissants, tarts. La Querce Resort was a short distance from the port at Ischia and there were bus stops within a few meters of the resort so one could take the bus to the port or on excursions around the island.

The staff in the restaurant were very rude. No greetings and very abrupt. One waiter served us cappuccino with his finger in the cup. Such a contrast to reception staff. Also, it’s a long walk down to the sea pontoon. This was not clear in the listing.

Joe and Bernardo at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. The pool and views from the many verandahs were amazing. We were upgraded to a junior suite, that looked out over the sea. The room was spacious, if a bit dated. Comfy bed. Breakfast is substantial., tasty and has a lot of gluten free options.

Everything! Great staff and customer service, the property is beautiful with great amenities including the spa and thermal bath. Food was good and the views were breathtaking. I’d definitely return!

There needs to be a bigger selection of items on the lunch and dinner menu.

A/C did not work well, but was not really needed. The sea view is hit or miss; as the resort stretches quite a bit and the vegetation is lush, there is no guarantee that the view is indeed unobstructed. We did not understand why our terrace had planters on top of the vegetation around us, thus obstructing the sea view a bit when sitting in the lounge chairs. But this was a minor blemish.

Beatiful hotel uphill from Ischia Porto. The resort is nicely embedded in a park-like setting. Gorgeous outdoor thermal pool with stunning views. Access to the sea through a walkway with dozens of steps. Lounge chairs and umbrella on the ponton were free during September, but cost EUR 15 during the peak season. Chrystal-clear and comfortably warm sea waters. The hotel‘s main selling point is the sea view rooms; we had booked a superior sea view room, but were upgraded to a deluxe sea view room, which we liked a lot. Comfortable bed. Warm lighting. Strong shower. Breakfast offered ample choice. Above all, everybody at the hotel was super-friendly. A very pleasant stay. Walk to town was easy, but the return always a bit strenuous; the bus (lines CS, 1 and 2) can help cover the distance though (just three stops).

The service at the private beach dock was not very good. Very minimal selection, and the attendant would only prepare the umbrella and chairs. He would reluctantly sell a drink or snack, but offered little assistance to serve or remove the used glasses.

The staff at the reception desk and bar were exceptional. Diana and Elena and Angelo are the best. They went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The are truly at least trilingual (Italian, English and Spanish). The could answer all questions and assist with much care.

Location is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and pretty large. Ours had an amazing view on the bay. What I enjoyed most is the very kind, educated attitude of everyone at the facility. A big shout-out at the professionals working in the SPA. 3 amazing ladies that have made my stay unforgettable.

Not much we did not like. About 280 steps from beach to hotel but this added to the charm. You have to be fit enough though

Staff helpful informative and helpful Rooms well appointed Pool area clean. Pool large enough so that there always seemed to be room around the pool. Small private beach with chairs on pontoon with steps into the sea. Easy and pretty 15 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of Ischia port
