We popped our tire just in front of the accommodation, the host went above and beyond to help us get it sorted as quick as possible as we were flying out in 2 days. We are so grateful for the hospitality we received! The food was amazing too, we had breakfast and dinners there. Beautiful location, was very relaxing by the pool. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

We were no comfortable driving along narrow driveway approach to the property in the dark.

Views, quiet, serenity, nice room with large balcony overlooking the valley and hills, large swimming pool. Francavilla di Sicilia only 25 min waking on foot.

More signs from Francavilla di Sicilia. continuous signage and directions to to the place. A bit wider road, more lights for people traveling after dark.

The owner/ manager was very friendly, accommodating and informative. He waited for us to get there. Breakfast was fresh and very good. Staff was very professional friendly and accomodating. Place is very relaxing. beautiful mountain view.

The access road to reach the property, but you get used to it pretty quickly.

The wonderful location amongst the olive a d citrus trees, exceptional staff, excellent food, spacious rooms with large balconies and great views of the mountains. The property also has a huge (20 m) swimming pool. Maurizio went out of his way to make our stay one to remember. He showed great flexibility in accommodating the wishes of a big group. The food was fantastic - homemade with great inredients. Wonderful cakes at breakfast. We hope to return.

TheTV wasn't working .and the Restaurant was closed ,but we went to eat in Francavilla 5 mins car to Maccerlia PACCIU 30€ Set Menu per person including Antipasti di Salumi,Carne Bollito,Bbq Meats, Wine, Drinks dessert and Lovely Atmosphere Music, dancing..

The room was Large clean and well refurbished ,we were giving a luxury double room with large terrace instead of a standard,we really enjoyed our stay 😀The pool was Fantastic Thanks to Giulia🐕 & the owner

Perhaps the only negative points I would give are for the limited breakfast, uncomfortable pillows and no bar or vending machine.

The setting of the accomodation is superb. It is surrounded with mountains and hills. Also the location is fantastic because one can reach some very interesting sites like Le Gole d'Alcantara, Etna, Taormina, Isola Bella, Etnaland and various other small villages nested in the mountains all within 20mins to 1hr30mins. The rooms are big and have a lovely terrace with nice views. The place is kept very clean. Owner Mauricio and staff very friendly and helpful. The 20m pool is also a great addition to this accommodation. It is kept in an immaculate condition.

Tricky drive from the main road - narrow, tight turns, poor surface - better for a small battered car than a medium sized new hire car! And because of this, would have been nice to eat at the hotel in the evening but although dinner was on offer there was no choice and it was quite expensive so we had it once only. Also couldn’t leave fridge on when not in room so was difficult to keep drinking water cold.

Is it absolutely difficult to reach, however if you need to contact the staff they would for sure be so helpful. If you are with a rental car or your own car it is at your own risk to drive up to the stay as you have to pass through water that is constantly flowing and pass through soft gravel. I do not recommend passing through during the night as it would be pitch black darkness. Low water pressure due to damage tap system. We were only provided with hand soap so make sure to bring your own shower gel.

The facilities are split away from the main reception, it is like living in maisonette (4 are available) in the house. the staff were very helpful, able to contact as they do not stay on the premises. The pool looked nice however we did not use it. They provided us with towels and had room cleaning daily. The breakfast was only ham, cheese, some croissants and coffee and tea, very basic.

Some of the facilities are in dire need of a restoration although still serving their purpose. Though le Oreadi is past it's glory days, it still succeeds to lure you through the natural beauty of the place. Staff was very helpful and nice. The access to the premises, which is through a narrow winding road, can be a bit challenging especially if you are driving a big car.

The location, situated in the alcantara valley is very nice. Surrounded by nature and tranquility. Gole dell' alcantara, Taormina, Messina, Francavilla di Sicilia and many other borghi and villages, all reachable especially if you are travelling by car.

Breakfast should be better. Drinks there was no choice at all. Bathroom and shower need renovation. Water run out the floor during shower. Some staff need to be with a Smile on his face.
