The bed was super uncomfortable, two singles pushed together, very hard and I woke up with severe neck pain. The location isn't fabulous for the main area of Rimini.

The hotel is clean, and the room was decent enough. The best 3 star in the area that I've tried so far.

Only thing I would recommend is instant coffee in the room. There is a kettle, with tea bags but I would have appreciated instant coffee. You should offer both.

Often I had a water on a floor in a bathroom, there are railways close to hotel, but they not noisy.

Easy to negotiate, really good breakfast, close to a beach. A swimming pool costed extra, so I did not use it. Air conditioning configured nicely - airflow does not go directly to guests.

All was fine, very clean, the only minor point to fingerpoint is to repair the small leakage of the shower toward the bathroom floor, but this is just because you asked me to mention something :-)

Breakfast was nice, with appropiate selection, the staff was nice, supportive and aswered all our questions. Walking distance to the beach was 3mins walking, the beach bed possible to book in the hotel direcly with small discount, very appreciated.

Breakfast was very tasteful :) (but scrambled eggs aor grilled vegetable were cold) Room was very comfortable and always cleaned, but we missed glass (not plastic) and even 1 small plate and set of spoon knife fork. I know...it is hotel, but if we buy some fruit or something else, we cannot prepare it. Location is very good. Also staff, very nice.

One morning we had reserved wellness for the evening, but wellness wasn't prepared. The sauna was off and the water in the whirlpool was cold.

Really great location, parking in vicinity, balcony is bonus, room is slightly small. In my opinion this is very good ratio between money and quality you will get. PLenty of restaurants are nearby as well as markets and other things. This is almost beachfront :)

Modern, clean room, we got a free upgrade, the breakfast buffet is really good with the classic Italian sweets plus eggs, fruit, bread, veggies and more. The staff was exceptional. Loved it! We didn’t see many other guests and the city was empty as it was low season but L‘Hotel made our stopover really pleasant.

I asked for non-smoking room, but room smelled of cigarettes a lot, but I was too tired to complaint after 12 hrs of driving. Breakfast offer is extremelly low (apart from sweets, these are tasty) and its same every day. There are hotels closer to the beach for same price that i tried in the past
