Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsI personally didn’t like the location. Tiny village, no restaurants, no market. the atmosphere is very boring. unfortunately due to a low altitude there was no snow in the village, while on slopes there was.
Clean, modern, friendly staff, tasty food, green energy. this hotel is of an excellent quality!

SwitzerlandNothing. All went absolutely well during our entire stay.
The hotel is an absolute wellness paradise. They have several pools, both indoor and outdoor. Also various sauna, steam bath and numerous rooms for relaxation rooms. We love the Oasis Terrace view , while sitting in those comfy sofa and drinking tea -super relaxing while admiring the South Tyrolean landscapes. Then comes the food offering - which were just superb! It's an all-inclusive which means you have a very generous breakfast, followed by a rich lunch offering and last but absolutely not the least, comes the dinner which is served at a fine dining level. Staff especially in the restaurant were super friendly and attentive. Car parking was also massive and options for indoor parking is available. Overall, it's surpasses our expectation and will definitely come back again soon.

MexicoThey have short staff and we think that for the value and level of that hotel they should have more people or if they have less make them work real hard on being attentive with the clients because since we got there no one helped us to grab our luggage and take it to the room. At 10pm that I try to call the concierge, the reception or housekeeping no one answer, I waited like 10 minutes in the phone and nothing, I called because that same day that we arrived I got my room incomplete (no hand soap, or soap for body wash at all, we only had body lotion and shampoo, it appeared as if they forgot to organize the room before giving it to us. We really think that the hotel has potencial but it's the little details that count and obviously the attention we have as guests and we really think that they have a really opportunity in working on that, it's not all about how pretty the hotel is, being attentive at all times makes guests feel at home and relaxed and that is something the hotel definitely didn't have. We also would recommend to have 24 hours for room service or something to eat, because we got to the hotel like at 8:30pm and at 9 dinner ended so we couldn't get anything to eat, we thought that maybe they had room service but they said they didn't have service after 9pm so we went searching for a place near that could be open and we did struggle finding where.
The place is incredible and it's really relaxing. Perfect view.

FranceBe careful: Amonti and Lunaris are 2 distinct locations. If you're in Amonti you're in the main hotel with the Spa & Garage. If in Lunaris, you have to endure what feels like a labyrinth of tunnels to reach Amonti. Be sure to request Amonti on booking. The Spa closes at 8pm in Summer. Whereas the roof terrace & pools could provide for incredible evening atmosphere, why closing them so early ? 10pm would be minimum. The "concepts" of each Suite can lead to annoying failures. The room (chalet) had completely see-through glass for toilets (not great even if you're intimate with the person), and only a small square of soap as a...shampoo. We were told it's part of the project and we could get normal shampoo at the reception. What ? There should be at least a backup shampoo in the room. You can picture a guest with wet hair travelling to the reception when realising there is no proper shampoo after washing. Having someone bringing it to your room doesn't really help either, it is just not acceptable. Same for Spa slippers : they are not in the room, you need to ask reception to bring them to your room ? How often do I need to call reception to get proper service ? I know they are stolen frequently, but given the price of each suite, it's a small sacrifice to accept for the hotel. Many suites (and some of the nicest ones, too bad..) on first floor have absolutely no view, very claustrophobic. I had to request a room change. Be careful not to be on first floor. The TESLA charger booking was a joke, I booked a place with Tesla Charger and ended charging my car with my own cable on an industrial plug because of some weird misunderstanding. Lost an hour arguing with reception.
Outstanding food ; superb design of the hotel and rooms, all new. One of the most beautiful 5* hotel i have ever been to...Too bad so many little failures (below) ruined part of it.
