the proximity of the motorway brings some noise in the external area . However, we were not disturbed at all because the room was totally noiseproof

nice country house ,comfortable, simply but well decorated interiors. easy access to A1 motorway and also to central Bologna which I have reached during peak hours through a beautiful hillside road in less than half an hour avoiding traffic congestion. god breakfast with homemade cakes. excellent value for money.

There isn't anyone who speaks english. There is only one restaurant in the area so we had to get dinner at the hotel's restaurant - the menu is translated the wrong way and does not match the dishes. We got a different dish then the one we ordered and when we asked about it the staff just said it's a wrong translate on the menu (their translate). A lot of flying bugs inside the restaurant and low value for money (the food was good but we couldn't eat some of it - and very pricy)

Beautiful surroundings, lots of space, very clean and well decorated. AMAZING food in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend eating there. The food was delicious, and local + the short menu to have everything fresh.

it is a long way off the trail of the via degli dei. it was accessed along a very busy narrow road from Sasso Marconi, and approximately 7k off the trail, which meant another 7 or so km getting back to it the following day.

the property is charming. the shuttered windows , lots of places to enjoy the garden . the food is excellent and the staff are attentive.

We set the GPS to the address of the hotel, but it took us 8 km past the hotel. We're wondering if anyone else has had this experience.

The staff, the facilities and the setting in the middle of a working fruit farm. As it was in the middle of the vacation time in Italy, the restaurant was closed but we were giving directions to a great alternative!

The place is beautiful is an excellent place to stay if you are doing the Via Degli Dei or even if you are going with your family, I will definitely will go again. We arrived after lunch and Alexandra was very kind to arrange some food for us before the dinner, the dinner was delightful and is really nice to know that the restaurant use local products.

If you leave your windows open at night you can hear the traffic from nearby highway.

Everything was very nice and definitely worth the money. Room was large enough and clean. The dinner was very good but the breakfast could be a bit better.

Respectless and insane

They cancelled at the last possible moment. Came to a closed fence. Called them to find out “overbooked, you have to find another spot”. Didn’t had the courtesy to open the gate. When I asked for a refund they simply put the phone down. Later I got an sms with a lot of blah blah. But that was after I already booked another venue. I have some words in mind to describe this venue, but will leave this to your imagination. Never ever boom this place…. You will regret is my opinion.
