The whole room was shaking when I was walking barefoot through it (I guess because of the art nouveau furniture). And for 2 persons the water boiler might be a bit small.

Very good location in the old town of Venice - San Marco square is just 10 minutes by foot from the hotel, San Stefano square is just around the corner and the Academy and the belonging water bus station are 5 minutes by foot. Great staff, cozy rooms, was worth the money,

Had to think hard about this as there wasnt much to dislike. An annoyance we had was that there was no space to hang wet clothing, if it had rained. This is however a very minor inconvenience overall.

Breakfast was simple but very good. Great location if you dont mind the bussling streets below. The Building is very Venice-esque so a great hotel to stay at.

On the second night there was a noise coming from an air conditioning unit behind our window, not extremely loud but still a bit disturbing. Other than that, our attic room was quite nice.

We really enjoyed the ambience of the place, it's all decorated meticulously in 1920s style, with the vintage pieces of furniture. It was a great location, right in the middle of Venice, but since our windows were facing the back yard, it was pieceful at night. Also, a complementary breakfast was a nice bonus to an overall great stay.

Stairs to the room were steep but we knew that, the breakfast was passable and the hosts were pretty average . The reception closes at 1pm But check in is at 2. We didn’t get any information about the area or things to do . It was Carnevale week and we thought this was pretty poor . Felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel .

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with nice wooden furniture. The bathroom was very clean and convenient. The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend Art Deco!

Only 1 minor complaint: there is only 1 oitlet in the room and it is the same one used for the hot water kettle. So, not near the bed and I had to unplug and plug numerous times to keep my phone charged and had to get put of bed so it was harder to read in bed using my phone apps.

Location is perfect for getting everywhere I wanted to go. And, it's just off one of the Campos so close to restaurants but very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Breakfast had numerous choices and lots of coffee choices. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place! Very nice, clean and comfortable. We had a nice room view onto the street. Air conditioning was great and the nice little treats you got given. I didn’t realise they service your room every day, so it was nice they came and made up the room. Good location which is only a 5 minute walk from one of the traghettos. Would definitely recommend and come back

We had the room directly under the roof which had a very low ceiling in the pitch of the roof. You couldn't stand upright and I hit my head several times.

Difficult to find, we had backpacks, navigating waterways, gondolas, boats, narrow passages, digital maps, extreme heat. Online check in on the phone. It was stressful so I hope you are better organised than us.

Location in the heart of Venice near bars and restaurants. Beautiful room, spacious, cool, clean, well presented with a modern bathroom. Good breakfast.
