Since the bathrooms are shared they can get a bit messy but it is expected. The use of bleach to clean has a strong smell that it irritated my throat unfortunately.

Close by train station, only 15 minute walking distance. Also close to historical centre about a 10 minute walk. Sink available in the room which really helps.

Shared bathroom was often busy and not adequately clean. Also they oblige you to complete an online check in even if you are planning to check in during their opening hours.

The room was big and clean, the hostess was very nice but she was a little bit late. The breakfast was a cappuccino and a croissant in a cafe in front of the building.The owner of the cafe was really nice

the property has a very good location, 10 min walk from the center and 15 min walk from the train station. It is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping streets.

The shared bathroom in the upper stairs was small and the shower needed a good cleaning. The downstairs bathroom was much better.

Room was quite small but had excellent air conditioning and fan. Location was out of the central part of the city but, was close enough to walk to all the sites.

comfort room for three people. also it wasn't positive that it has shower in the room even it was with a shared toilet. the position was near to everything. the receptionist was an amazing guy very kind helpful and funny.

Hotel is very old and outdated. Bed wasn't very comfy, and although the room was clean, the rest of the hotel, including the shared bathroom, felt a bit grubby. We were woken by church bells every morning - not the hotel's fault but something to be aware of!

The room was big and in a good location for Florence. It was cheaper than a lot of others that we had seen. Having a shower in the room was helpful as otherwise it was one bathroom shared between all rooms.

There was no body wash, contacted the property but no response so had to go the supermarket and get my own.

Location was great very close to the dome; good for one night stay.

No toilet in the rooms (there are multiple private toilets located on each floor). The shower had terrible pressure and it is somewhat open to other people in the room. Located inside another building so it was hard to find (there were signs and directions pointing towards the place).

Located very close to many shops/restaurants in Florence. It is also a 15 minute walk from the main train station. The room was fairly large. Other guests were friendly.

Really close to the center, kind and helpful staff. We had to prolong our stay and it was not a problem. The were beds very comfortable.

The shared bathroom was not very clean sometimes. Soap is not provided for the shower. We found it strange that the only water we could get was the 1,50€ small bottle from the venting machine.

Very good location and quiet place. Staff was very helpful. The system with electronic keys works perfectly. There are venting machines for coffee.

The bed was too soft for me (but at almost 50 years of age, I'm probably not the hotel's typical guest). From the description on Booking.com I was not aware that there would be noone at the reception desk other than when the cleaner is there; but during my stay, this didn't turn out to be any sort of problem.

There is a restaurant under the accommodation so if you open the window, you can smell frying oil and the typical odour of a pub. In room n.11 which has it’s own bathroom, there is however one more toilet right next to the room nr. 11 so anytime someone uses this toilet, you can hear it. It was also leaking throughout the night so you can hear water flowing…

Very good location, close to the city centre. There is a self check-in after certain time. All the instructions were given in a great way in a message around 24hrs prior the arrival. The instructions are clear and we had no issues to get into our room within like 2 minutes.
