Very basic accommodations and dated facility

Really great reception desk, easy no frills apartment for a night. As other reviewers have indicated - the airport taxis will charge you $50 Euro to get to this hotel because it is technically outside of Naples. Despite only being 4km from the airport.

The Reception was not very helpful when I called for advise on the Taxi service Breakfast was average, had better in Italian "Hotels" The hotel looks new from the outside and reception area but the rooms are old and tired.

The was not much to like, this is an average 2 - 3-star property located at the end of poorly lit street nowhere near Restaurants. The reception staff are not well trained on good Customer service, retraining is required to build the quality of the hotel..

The distance from Naples centre, taxi journeys each day at €50 a time.

It was clean and we managed to get an early checkin and a room to hold the bags on the day of leaving.

Due to the location not technically being in Naples, the cab ride to the Naples airport or to downtown Naples will cost you double the rate. If you stay at a hotel on the other side of the highway - you will not have double the price for taxi fares.

I had seen another review about the cost of a taxi from the airport. We arrived around 11pm on a Saturday. We were told the fare was 55euros as it was outside the city limits - the driver must have felt guilty as he "only" charged us 45euros when we arrived. The fare back to the airport on Sunday morning was 30euros. When I made the booking the only room available was one with a spa bath. Judging by the room décor, lack of wardrobes and drawers, toiletries provided and cleaning staff on duty in the corridor all night these rooms might not be ideal for all guests. Contrary to details on booking.com breakfast was included.

We wanted to stay here to be close to the airport. But we have to bypass the entire airport, so we need taxis/ubers. Its far away for the center, we need again some cabs. And The Hotel is in a village/towns outside Naples, so each uber/taxi will charge double of the price, even if its just some meters after Naples. So be carefull if you want to walk at the airport or arrive fast in the center.

Had to ask for towels to be provided. Walls were thin as the ringing for early morning wake up calls to other guests were plain to hear. Please be aware that taxi service to the airport is expensive from here and using public transport is not a practical option. We paid €35, though another receptionist wanted to charge €40 for a 10 minute drive to the airport.

Reasonably priced and only 10 minutes drive from the airport. There is a shop at the end of the road for essentials and also a shop selling cooked chicken and chips. Breakfast was included in the price - croissants, yoghurt, toast, cereal, sliced ham/cheese.

Ac was struggling during a very hot July. They advertised airport shuttle but it’s just a very expensive taxi. For some reason it is more to take a taxi there than downtown even though it’s closer to the airport. Desk said it was 10 euro back to the airport (10 min) It was 30. Cost 40 euro to get there. Not in a great area. I just had an unexpected layover in Naples and couldn’t do a lot of research.

the shower door had a gap in it and if you’re an oversized person you would really struggle/not be able to fit in the weird corner door.

I really liked that it included breakfast and the lobby and breakfast area were very pleasant and modern.
