The room was a bit warm and stuffy. It seemed a bit expensive for what it was. The bar was closed when we went down to get a drink at 9pm as no one else was in there, but the staff did offer to open it for us and recommended other places to go.

The room was small but comfortable and well equipped, and we were very pleased to find a kettle and teabags. The check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. It was only a short walk from Milan central station, so perfect for an overnight stop. There was a good choice of breakfast items.

Musty smell when you get in the room for the first time as there is no airconditioning in Italy in April. Opening the windows helped.

Breakfast was good offering a good variety of food to choose from. Coffee was also very good. Location is great since it is 3 minutes away from stazion centrale which provides easy access to centre and other areas.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room. Decent extras such as bathroom products and teas/coffees. There are lots of transports links nearby and the central station is only 5 minutes walk away.

hotel was having refurbishment work done on the outside but it didnt really spoil anything for our stay, it took a while to get used to control the lights and in the room (motion sensor, so light kept coming on overnight)

really helpful and cheerful staff on reception desk, very good selection of food choices for breakfast available (faces drawn on hard boiled eggs for easter were a nice touch!) , bathroom decor was done to a high standard

The most amazing and helpful staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at. They were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible (assisted with booking of restaurants for example).

Very handy to central station, good restaurants and bars. Excellent internet, comfortable bed and good shower. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, really enjoyed the espresso and juices. Good sized rooms. Would gladly stay here again.

Not everything worked properly in the room,. And there was a smell in the room. Not strong but you could feel it when entering the room.

Location is close to the Milano central station, very convinient. Staf was very polite and helpful. a lot of restaurants and cafes are around the hotel. Easy to find a place for the dinner. Breakfast is good enough for Italy. Much more than coffee and croissant :)

Construction scaffolding around the hotel just outside my window, presumably until April 7th. But an email notifying me of this arrived only after my check-in. Rather modest breakfast for 15€.

A very clean and refurbished bathroom, comfy bed, great location, very friendly staff, big and easy to use TV. A very nice street from the restaurant terrace during breakfast! (See attached photo).

Small room, confusing light switches, slow lifts, not enough sitting space in the reception, too expensive considering the tiny room, noisy, magnetic key card had to be replaced after one day

The room lacks proper ventilation if you prefer to keep your window fully closed, but that was not too terrible.

The location was the best, 5 minutes walking distance from the central station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room and the entire hotel was absolutely clean.

The bare walls could do with some decoration, perhaps a picture or photograph of Milan to give a sense of place. The chair in the room although not uncomfortable could have been a little more decorative to give the room just a little more color and character.

Very comfortable and clean room with fully equipped en-suite bathroom. Excellent central location within 5 minutes walking from Centrale Station. Excellent quality and wide-ranging options for the breakfast located within comfortable and amenable ground floor location with courteous and attentive staff.
