Ventilation was only working for heating. We could not make temperature a bit cooler for the night. Sound isolation is not the best.

Lovely staff, very nice and funny. Good rooms, clean and in good condition. Simple breakfast, but good enough. Big and free parking. Location close to Vesuvio.

1st room - shower far too small, my husband could not fit into it so they moved us but we had to pay more to ''upgrade'' Wearing a swimming cap - why? Ordered burger from room service - came as a meat patty & tomato, no bun? apparently when they asked me about a 'sandwich' that was the bun part of the burger and i said no? Started eating it reluctantly but my 9yr old wouldn't so when to the restaurant to order a proper burger for her. On check out advised would not pay for patty & tomato however they pushed the point so my husband paid - was not impressed with that

In the direct neighbourhood is not much to do (bar, resto or small walk).

Very nice, clean and comfortable family room with nice balkons. The rooftop bar is amazing to have a drink or small diner. Excellent base to explore the environment and relax on the afternoon on the swimming pool. Friendly staff.

The location is tricky if you don’t come with a car, beware! A taxi cannot be found in the city when you need one, if you find a driver, it’s very costly. We had to simply walk 3km uphill because no driver could be bothered to find a way. The roof bar was closed, supposedly for works but it looked perfectly fine to receive guests, as well as the pool side facilities. The rooms were very warm, kept at 25° C, with no way to change the thermostat. Have in mind that it was autumn, it was a cozy 18-20°C outside.The breakfast is very thin, only american toast for bread instead of typical options, which is fair enough, but it doesn’t fit the beauty of the place and it doesn’t present you the chance to taste the best Italy has to offer.

Breakfast without real bread and real coffee. Prepacked fruit juice (to drink from plastic cups) and fruit salad. Almost all items, including cups, knives, ... were in permanent shortage. Restaurant not inviting, needs to be renovated, especially the terrace. Roof terrace open only from 18:00 hrs if not reserved for private parties. In those cases parking lot ran out of capacity. Temperature of hot water in bathroom sometimes too low. Did not use swimming pool : 10m is too short to swim but we had to buy swimming caps before entering … All-in all, hotel services did not really match 4 star level and sky high € 195 for the 17m² room.

The magnificent view on the Gulf of Naples. Roof terrace is splendid, but … Cleaning staff were kind and efficient. Everything starts with a good bed and a clean room.

A little away from everything, need a car to get out and about. Restaurant is superb, but could do with a little more on the menu and a children's menu.
