Bathroom could be a touch bigger and shower pressure was a touch weak

Paolo and the reception staff gave us fantastic recommendations and looked after us throughout. The view and the terrace restaurant were so worth coming for - best location on the amalfi coast by far.

Great hotel with a superb location. Wonderful helpful staff. We are pleasantly surprised by the richness and variety of the breakfast. I would especially like to mention Paulo, who not only helps with everything, but also anticipates desires and helps to realize them to the maximum extent.

As some other quests mentioned a kettle in the room would have been great.

One of the few easy accessible hotels in Positano. We really enjoyed the entire location and experience. The staff were amazing and we would love to come back.

This was my 3rd time visiting Positano and it was my favorite location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room had a great view of the sea and Positano.

Our room was on the smaller side, but we didn’t splurge for a suite. So, as far as a standard room goes, it was just fine!

We loved this hotel! It is higher up on the cliff side which means you aren’t in the thick of the tourists where the ferries dock. The restaurant on site was lovely! The outdoor patio offers beautiful views! Breakfast in the morning was such a delight!

Everything was amazing! Started from hotel location, view , quick check-inn, staff and of course number! We wanted to stay in this charming place more , but couldn’t, we had reservation in another hotel that we couldn’t cancel. I recommended this hotel to everyone . It is the best in Positano!

What a fabulous hotel! I can't wait to return. The views from the terrace for breakfast (fabulous buffet!) were the highlight of our entire two week trip to Italy! Our room was huge with a gorgeous view, and we loved sitting on the terrace in the evenings watching the twinkling lights of the town! Just stunning. Absolutely loved the beach set-up. They have lounge chairs, umbrellas, towels and a waiter taking drink orders, which were fabulous! No need to go to a beach club, this one is included! (And the posh beach club next to it has the most fabulous lunch!) The pool! We just sat staring out at the boats and water for hours from the infinity edge pool. Dario the Concierge was so accommodating and helpful- he really went above and beyond to make sure our stay and the logistics of our arrival and departure were seamless. Try to make your restaurant reservations well in advance, the best spots are hard to get into last minute. The location is wonderful, too! The stroll into town in the evening will take your breath away. So gorgeous. Loved this town, loved this hotel.

Having to leave!

We were a family of 5 people with 3 rooms. The Junior Suite assigned was room 1 and it had an expansive deck with an optimum view. The breakfast was tasty and the service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful with all of our special request.

The bed was old and uncomfortable.

Everything was exceptional except the bed. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and beach staff Juilious and Vito were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Cleanliness was 10/10 and the views were the best in Positano. The Reception staff were also so helpful at picking up and delivering items lost and laundered. Very very helpful.

We had amazing views from our balcony. The pool and sun beds was enjoyable with great service. Private beach access was very convenient without the crowd or paying extra for sunbeds.

280 steps but you can walk up some hills through town to get there that way instead.

Everything about this hotel was breathtaking from the views, amenities and impeccable service! They really go above and beyond. Paolo was wonderful!! It’s a short walk down from the Le Sirenuse news so you basically get the same views. Gorgeous place with great value! Would definitely come here again!
