The shower was so small. You couldnt bend over to pick up anything you drop. But it wasnt that big of a deal. The breakfast was mediocre. There was one staff person that worked in with breakfast who seemed bothered and got upset when my aunt asked her for more bread. The hotel is far. I didnt realize how far until we got a taxi. You will need to take a bus (which is easy) or a taxi (which is expensive) its far from the airport.

The front desk reception was great, all very helpful and explained to us how to get around. The room was clean and big in size, it had 2 balconies and was set up nicely. Morning breakfast was provided.

On checkout we wanted to pay the tax and the person was not very friendly and his machine refused my amex platinum, my 2 visa cards and my visa cash. I am almost sure that the problem came from his machine or him manipulating it. But of course for him it was no doubt that the problem was ALL my credit cards... While actually he was busy doing something else and didn't really care finding a solution for us... We managed to find cash and went to catch out plane...

Perfect room for couple with two kids. Besides our last contact all personnel were absolutely wonderful

Bed bugs! My son and daughter slept in the same bed and had bug bites all over them the next morning. Had to take my daughter to the doctor because her eye swelled up big from a bite.

LOUD! We were looking forward to a night of rest but were up until at least 2:00am because of loud, obnoxious students staying in the hotel. The front desk was notified and didn’t do a thing. Stay elsewhere if you want to sleep- walls are paper thin.

A mini fridge in the room would be a plus, but not something irreplaceable during winter, since the temperatures during night are low and you have a great terrace :)

Good link with center of Rome, direct bus just in front of hotel, 20 minutes to Rome city center! The staff was very helpful, and even find some opportunities for us for spending the New Years eve. Also, the shuttle bus booked by the hotel staff for us was irreproachable, great service. They also made it possible for us to have a double bed, even if the booking was made for 2 twin beds. Great cleaning has been made every single day, even during Christmas and New Years eve! We would definitely come back anytime in Rome. Thank you Marini Hotel for an wonderful time!

Supposed to be 3 miles from Ciampino, it actually is around 10. Not a great value for the money.

The hotel itself is decent. Room is big clean, bed is comfortable, there is a balcony.

The hotel was ok, but the staff were excellent, especially, girl from. Puglia ( sorry I don’t know her name), she was very friendly and very helpful, also everyone at the hotel, thank you all for your hospitality.
