We booked a non smoking room, but smells like cigarette.

Elevator for the baby stroller, this is difficult in Rome. Very good staff. Hot water. Great location, all historical places reached by walking.

The bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable. There is a bar downstairs next to the hotel and you cannot sleep untill after 1:30 due to all the noise and loud music.

Very good location less than 15 min you are at the station and it’s walking distance to almost all attractions, good restaurants in the neighborhood.

We got a room for 4 people, two single beds and one queen bed. One of the single beds had a metal support and was extremely uncomfortable.

15 min by foot from Central Station and great location. It’s on a 4 th floor and the lift is a bit old but working for max 2/3 people. Staff is super friendly speaking English, Italian and Spanish.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, you can easily do everything by foot and, when needed, you can get the metro (M4 Republica) in less than 5 minutes walking. You can reach most of all tourist attractions within minutes and the main street (Via Nazionale) has lots of restaurants, cafes and stores. The room is big and it has air conditioning which is really important during summer in Italy. Staff is friendly and always there if you need something.

No complaints really, room and balcony could have been slightly bigger but it was still comfortable as it was with three people. The elevator was a little bit scary but worked fine.

Was the same as advertised on the site. Airconditioning worked beautifully, Wi-Fi worked well, and breakfast was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we felt very safe during our three night stay.

There is no a/c outside the months of June to September, so it was very hot at night, and there wasn't an a/c to come back to after a long days of walking between tourist sights. And for the price, not including a/c or breakfast, it wasn't worth being so expensive.

It was in the center, so it wasn't too far walking from place to place. We did a bus pass for when we needed to use the bus to get around.

They can’t turn on the AC not until summer. We went in May 2023, it’s a but stuffy inside the room, good thing we can open the window.

AC you cannot use before the month of June it's a local government regulation it gets really hot in May, wifi wasn't the best, pub downstairs operates till late with loud music sleeping early can be issue, around 7am bottles are thrown in recycling from pub causing sleeping inconvenience. Cold water in tap also wasn't great, could be improved. There are flies coming into the room as windows are kept open for air circulation.

Location was great everything was within walking distance all the main attraction points, metro was also nearby.

Perfect location, walking distance from some of the main attractions in Rome. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and cozy, a bit tiny but we were out most of the time anyways.
