The bed was not comfortable. If you add a mattress pad it would be much better, but without it you can feel the springs.

The room was a little small with little space for suitcases. The bed was hard, but that was quickly rectified when I told the receptionist the next morning and she arranged for mattress toppers which made it more comfortable for the rest of our stay. The property is near a busy road.

The breakfast was fantastic - there was a good range of offerings, such as boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon, frankfurters, breads, cold hams and cheeses, fruit, yogurt, granola, juices, tea and coffees and a fabulous choice of delicious tarts and pastries. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. There were plenty of sun loungers and towels are provided for outdoors also. The accommodation is surrounded by vineyards and lovely scenery. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The shower in the room was lovely. There are some lovely restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

Beautiful property and a gorgeous setting. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Natalia speaks English well. Breakfast is good and the food portions when ordering from their menu are generous. I would highly recommend this property for a lovely stay.

Too much of an awkward hard sell of the property at reception when we left, Ok we understand the need to promote a business guys, but why push the hard sell of a room when we have just spent an evening there?

Modern set of bedrooms built in the centre of Vineyards, our small but comfortable bedroom/bathroom had an excellent balcony overlooking the pool which was void of water. The property was very clean and well presented. We were located at the back of the property not facing the busy road, it was quite provided windows and doors were closed. Excellent breakfast in the morning, the only property from 12 on this tour that offered typical British breakfast of bacon, sausage, and egg with an Italian twist of course.

The hotel is located among vineyards and gives an amazing rural view. Driving down to the Garda lake is also very convenient. Delicious breakfast is included and the pool is large but not too deep, which is fun and safe to use. The hotel buildings are decorated with flowers and plants and well taken care of. Everything’s perfectly right. Bravo!

Mauro and Lone, what can I say? It was my second visit and it was amazing once again. First of all, you two are the kindest hosts with heart and passion for the location and your guests. Driving through the lane towards the agrituro puts a big smile on your face. The yellow building really stands out beautiful between the mountains and vineyards. The room is spotlessly clean and spacious. The badroom is very comfortable and the garden.. we fell in love with it. Breakfast was superb! Really the best we had in 8 different accomodations. We enjoyed, ofcourse, a nice Aperol Spritz in the afternoon at the pool, the sun was shining and it felt a lot like paradise. There will be a third time, no doubt. We didn't like the "false advertisement" they did on Booking and the way the lady at reception spoke to us. Here is the story: we booked a standard room with air conditioning, and we expected an outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub as it was described on Booking. But when we got there, a man checked us in and didn't even say anything until we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working. When asked about it, he said they stopped working 2 days before, and it was a central system, so none of the rooms had it. Without the air conditioning we had to keep the windows and doors open as it was quite hot inside and because our room was located by a noisy road with constant traffic sounds we asked them to move us to another room facing the pool to minimize the noise. The man was friendly and understood our request and moved us there with no hesitation, considering was only for one night anyway, agreeing that wouldn't have any extra charges. The problem is that when we checked out with a woman, she was quite sarcastic, saying she didn't understand why they had to move us to a "superior room", and gave a different reason why the air conditioning wasn't working, due to Italian laws (because in October start to get colder therefore not necessary to use it?!). The outdoor hot tub wasn't hot either, and what we would appreciate is to be honest and change the description on Booking so at least people know what to expect whatever their reasons truly are. The rooms got two single beds put together with two single blankets, so it was not ideal for couples either. The towels smelled vinegar (even though that is for cleaning purpose, was quite a strong smell). And the main light in the room didn't turn off, so we had to turn off through the general power to sleep, which meant we had no electricity.

The breakfast was the highlight, delicious. The views to the vineyard and background mountains are beautiful. The rooms were clean.
