I'm sure once this was a 4* Hotel but since there is no proper maintenance and renovation You can't say that today. Because of the design of the handicap bathroom the water flooded our room. It could be a nice Hotel but it really needs a great modernization.

The Hotel is fairly close to the highway, the staff is very kind and helpful and we had a free upgrade to a handicap room (which has bigger bathroom).

The room temperature changed from very hot to cold during the night. There was a thermostat but it didn’t seem to work properly. Also the windows blinds didn’t work properly

The room was spacious and the staff accommodated our request immediately so that was really good.

The structure/furniture is quite outdated but still comfortable regardless.

It was well-priced and not too far from the city. There was convenient park out front for those that need it and multiple busses towards the city center just 5 minute walk.

The employee does not know how to communicate with customers, I thought she had the power to tell me what to do. The room is old, the carpets are burnt by cigarettes, the bathroom has not been restored, probably 20 years ago.

If there is anything negative with the Hotel is the location. Verona is a relatively small city. To have an idea, within 15 minutes you can get by bus from the airport to the City’s (only) train station, which is next to the city center. Well, to get from the city center to the Hotel you need 25-30 minutes. It’s not that the hotel is further to the city center than the airport, but in Verona the only means of public transport is the Bus. And the bus makes a lot of stops. A lot. The good thing is that bus routes are very frequent – but only during the day and not on weekends. You need to be most careful if you are out late at night because you may end up waiting for 45 minutes for a bus to return to the Hotel without any taxi on sight. [Also : get your bus tickets when you arrive at the train station . It will be cheaper than buying them on the bus from the driver]. Other than that, I would say that the Hotel may be a little bit noisier than you expect when you first get there. It seems to be in an isolated place but on the contrary, you get exterior noises all night. Maybe this had to do with the fact that our room was on the first floor but still… Finally one last thing is that the breakfast buffet needs expanding. The Hotel is very big (I believe that it must have more than 80 rooms) and there is only one (1) coffee machine, one relatively small (1) pod with scrambled eggs etc. As a result you see people waiting in lines everywhere and staff running up and down refilling all the time - which is good, but can be reduced because if you add the Staff to the people waiting in the lines, you get a havoc in the breakfast area almost every morning!

The Hotel was satisfactory. The room was very spacious and the beds quite comfortable. The Reception personnel was fluent in English and we had no problem communicating. I would say that the breakfast was OK. Not a huge variety of things , but what was available was satisfactory. The Breakfast hours also were very convenient. Checking in and checking out also very easy.

I didn't like the long stairs to go in and out. Especially when you have heavy luggage. I didn't like also the eggs and the bacon. Although this is a minor thing.

The large bed was two mattresses which didn't really fit together well making it difficult to snuggle up. The room was too cold and the air conditioning "controller" didn't actually do anything. We couldn't even turn it off.

The hotel was clearly outdated. The forniture etc. was very old-fashioned and in pretty bad shape. The bathroom in our room was below par, with accessories in bad shape.

The continental breakfast had a very good selection of sweet and salty items. Quality was ok, but really a very good variety.
