Excellent location and good breakfast but not enough staff at breakfast to manage demands.Two staff working in overdrive to try and cope.possibly due to staff sickness? Music was excellent! Would visit again.

The bath tub has very high border which makes it difficult to enter the shower specially for older people

The breakfast was simple but every item was tasty well presented and they provided fried eggs with no additional charge the harp music during breakfast was excellent

Location is close enough to duomo and shopping. I had a beautiful room with a very nice balcony and I had a few evenings out there with my drink watching the sunset. There was a harpist that played during breakfast, if you order drinks to the room it came beautifully presented with snacks.

It was a little pricey but I suppose you are paying for location. Drinks in bar were pricey I picked this hotel for rooftop garden and bar which were not open. I was told this via email day before we were due to arrive. I was a little disappointed but it did not ruin my experience of the hotel

There was a smell of sewage on the ground floor. But the rooms smelled good.

Our stay was very nice. The location of the hotel is very good. The reception is very friendly and customer satisfaction oriented. All the employees were friendly. The breakfast atmosphere was very nice.

When we turned on the faucet for a bath, some dirt particles came out which was kind of gross and we opted for a shower instead.

The terrace is not working during this time of year. Should somehow tell tourists before they arrive. One of key decisions why I booked was the terrace.

The breakfast is amazing. What makes it even more amazing? Live music every morning at breakfast. This is something new and definitely great. Thanks!

Roof garden was closed for winter, which was a bit disappointing. Rooms have limited circulation space, not big enough to unpack suitcases without putting them on the bed. But is is a very central location so I can understand space is at a premium.

Rooms small but well appointed, very comfortable beds, good shower. Nice having balcony looking on to central courtyard. Perfectly located for Duomo and La Scala; easy to get to by Metro from airport. Staff really excellent - went over and above to make us welcome. Good variety of food at breakfast - and live harp music.
