Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThe garden was wonderful and the staff really friendly. We stayed a longer period (6 nights) and we it were perfectly relaxing days. Breakfast was good, and enough divers for us. We really liked the fresh scrambled egg every day (they had own chicken apart from the garden area). We took the dinner menu 5 days (6th day we were at the beach and so we took dinner outside) and we really enjoyed it. The pasta was gorgeous, the second plates as well and there was always a selection of desserts to chose. All really delicious. The wine selection was really well and the chef was also a somelier and gave recommendations and told us something about the history of the wines. Long story short, we really liked the food, the house, the garden, the pool and the friendly staff. For us all was perfect. Thanks to the team for the nice stay.

SloveniaWe had a very nice time traveling around the area, visiting different cities and towns. We never had any intention of cooking, although we got a room with a small kitchenette available. What really bothered me was, that after a long day we came back to the place and searched for staff to order breakfast for day after, and a man saw us with a bag (of fruit, which he didn’t know) and all of a sudden asked if we wanted to eat dinner in their restaurant and after we declined (we ate out) he said we shouldn’t use the kitchen or we have to pay extra. Implying we will cook. Firstly, i have never experienced something similar. I must say it left quite a bad taste in my mouth especially since there was nothing written or said about it and we really didn’t need such comments after having perfect time up until this point. Spider nets in the room seemed as a minor mistake after this. I do suggest explicitly letting the guests know, they shouldn’t use what comes with a room without asking what is an extra and what not and just maybe find a different way to sell dinners.
The propertyhas amazing surroundings, very tastefully furnished rooms and common areas, breakfast is nice.

NetherlandsLocation seems in the middle of nowhere, however it is in the middle of everything! It is an about an hour away from Venice, Verona, Chioggia, Ferrara or Bologna even. Also many nice routes for touring in the neighbourhood of Rovigo. It is very beautiful and wonderfull people working there. I highly recommend dining there as well. They make a new menu every night. They only ask if you have allergies and for the rest you get what they make. We ate there 3 times and it was delicious every time. Georgio makes sure everyone has a great dining experience 👌🏼 Our room had a fridge and microwave. Outside were many little romantic seats where you could sit to relax and play cards/drink wine so plenty of options. Room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The cleanest of all agriturismo’s we’ve been to.

CroatiaThe matress was very hard and we got a bit scared of the owners big white dog. But she's friendly with people and kids, just didn't like our dog, so I don't think it's a reason to worry!
The property is absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean and good temperature. Garden nicely kept and with enough seating areas. Breakfast area is beautiful and has games for kids (billiards, chess etc). Not much food offered for breakfast (some croissants, bread, cheese and salami) but it's decent enough. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. The room is nice, but the mattress was very hard, pillows were okay. There's nets on the windows so in the evening we would turn off air-condition and open the windows and there were no mosquitos. It's near Rovigo and easy to find, enough parking. Check in was easy and staff speaks English okay!

ItalyThe staff that we talked to at the entrance to take our keys (i think he was a chef) was SO rude trying so hard to be nice in front of us but when he went to the kitchen we heard him say “non capiscono un cazzo o”. Ruined our day or rather the stay in millefiori.
Overall food was good 100

BelgiumThe breakfast was not top: we had expected to find an offer of fresh and local products (cheeses, meats, farm yoghurt, home made bread, etc.) but were disappointed with a very standard and not varied breakfast. This is clearly a missed opportunity for an agriturism place. Minor comment: there was also no one present to serve or to welcome- and when arriving at breakfast, there was even no bread left and we had to go out and search for someone in the domain to bring us bread.
Old farmhouse, with rooms and facilities in the same style, quite rustic. Nice garden, though somewhat artificially made - one can see the house is used for weddings and events. The best part for us was the home made dinner of the local cook. Excellent quality with fresh produce. We enjoyed this very much as a welcome alternative to an Osteria.
