The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’m used to it at home. We could’ve used a fridge for our food, because the temperature was melting hot without the air conditioner being turned on.

The room was always clean and tidy. The windows closed well, so we could sleep in silence. The air conditioner was really useful!

The bathroom is rundown, the whole hotel needs renovation. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear the neighbors (flushing the toilet, showering, talking), the outside noises, traffic, etc. That's why we couldn't sleep well.

Good location close to the metro and bus/train stations, the street is not that sketchy. The staff were polite, the bed was comfy.

Things were a little broken down i.e. the toilet flusher cover kept falling off, the shower leaked water onto the tiles.

The owner of the hotel was waiting out the front for me when I arrived as I got in quite late. Very kind.

the building is in a very sketchy neighborhood in Napoli and I did not feel safe walking there. the shower did not have cold water so it was boiling hot and there was mold in it. only one of the outlets worked.

the building is in a nice old Italian style and positioned very close to the main station. the room was pleasant and good size with a tv and airco.

the location is near Piazza Garibaldi, which at night could raise some security concerns. there no possibilty to have breakfast.

the staff was friendly and willing to help, however their english was very poor, exept one of them.

Verry noisy room! You could hear absolutely every sound from outside - planes, cars, even the garbage truck. We stayed 2 nights and left very tired from this place. No shelf in the shower or bathroom to put your things on

The area around the station where the hotel is located is neither clean nor safe. It is close to the central parts of the town and it does provide excellent connectivity via trains and metro. However, you have to beware of pickpockets and drug addicts.

The hotel is simply terrible. And the hotel room too. It's good that we only needed to stop for the night. If you expect anything more from a hotel than a bed for one night, then never stay here.

The wc was so dirty. No fridge in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. No security to leave the suitcases upon our leaving.

How can a 3-Star Hotel not offer some breakfast. Also the receptionist was not speaking a single word English. He explained in Italian language why no breakfast is offered, i only understood the word „Covid“!?

The neighborhood was terrible. There were homeless people on the sidewalk right across from the entrance. My room faced the street, and there were loud noises throughout the night. I didn't feel safe walking back at night. The room, though clean, was very stark.

The staff was very nice even though they didn't speak English. They still communicated with google translate.

Soundproofing could be better.

Reading all the reviews we were scared coming with a child into Luna Rossa hotel. However we were positively surprised. Room small, but clean. Neighbourhood is very typical for train station areas and even the city overall, but location is very convenient for transport. We were allowed to leave luggage after check-out and that is a big plus.
